His coat was nearly gone, his skin raw and crusted from a severe case of mange, and he was thin from months on the streets. Rescued Pets Movement pulled him from a shelter and got him the treatment he needed right away.Two rounds of care later, he was cleared. Denver Kittens Org arranged for him to be transported north to Colorado, where a foster home was ready and waiting.He was shy at first and a little overwhelmed by it all. His eyes, once barely visible, opened up bright and green. He started eating well, putting on weight, and slowly letting the personality that had been waiting quietly inside him come through. He is chatty in the best possible way, the kind of cat who holds a full conversation from across the room and fully expects a reply. "Hes also quite chatty and enjoys talking back to his humans, especially once hes comfortable," the foster shared with the LoveMeow team. Loud noises and sudden movements can catch him off guard, and he does best in a calm, predictable environment where he can settle in at his own pace. He has never responded with aggression. He needs a moment, and then he comes right back. A home without dogs or young children would suit him well, and a catio or safe enclosed outdoor space would make his days even richer for a cat who clearly enjoys watching the world go by.
