Thats totally my kind of dinner recipe!FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:Can I use different rolls other than slider rolls? Of course. Regular rolls or the butter Hawaiian rolls can be used if you dont like the sweet version. Why use different types of cheese? If you dont want to do shredded and sliced cheese, you can just do one or the other. The sliced cheese just makes it easier to stuff the sliders with. Can I add some heat? Sure. You can easily add some heat by adding some jalapenos to the mix. Can I use regular hot dogs? You bet. I just liked the convenience of the cocktail hot dogs. They fit nicely in the sliders, but, you can grab some regular hot dogs and cut them down to fit the slider buns. Any sausages or hot dogs can be used. Can I make these ahead of time? You can assemble everything but wait to bake them until right before serving. Store covered in the fridge for up to 4 hours in advance. How should I store leftovers? Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and should be refrigerated. Theyll last up to 3 days. The sliders may get soggy overtime because of the chili and other toppings you may choose to use.
