You can be flexible heredeli ham Try smoked ham, honey ham, turkey, or even roast beef.butter you can use salted or unsalted butter depending on your preferences.light brown sugar I have not made this with a sugar substitute. I am sure you could. I just havent personally tried it.Worcestershire saucedijon mustard this is going to work best with dijon mustard. The yellow mustard can be a bit too strong (at least that is what we all thought when I tested it but taste buds obviously can vary.)poppy seeds these are optional but use them if you have them. They really help the glaze stand out to show these arent your ordinary cheese and crackers. How To Make Ritz Cracker SandwichesPreheat the oven to 350F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Layer 24 crackers on the sheet tray. Tear 4 slices of the cheddar into bite-sized pieces and distribute them evenly over each cracker.Rip the ham up into bite-sized pieces and distribute them evenly over each cracker. Repeat with the remaining 4 slices of cheese (tearing them up in bite size pieces and placing on top of the ham layer.)
