Tender cheese-filled tortellini are baked in a blend of marinara and alfredo sauce, creating that million dollar flavor with minimal effort. Whether you use ground beef or Italian sausage, this easy pasta bake is simple to throw together making it the perfect weeknight meal!FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:What can I use instead of tortellini? Ravioli can be used in place of tortellini. If using frozen, you need to let it thaw first. What do I serve with Million Dollar Cheese Tortellini? Serve with garlic bread or garlic cheese bread and a salad. What can I add to this Tortellini? Green pepper and onion are great additions to this dish. Be sure to cook them with the ground beef. Can I make this saucier instead? If you want it saucier, you could definitely use a larger (32 ounce) jar of sauce. Whats the best way to store leftover Million Dollar Cheese Tortellini? Leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Reheat them in the microwave. Spray a 913-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. Add the ground beef to a skillet. Cook and crumble over medium/medium-high heat until its no longer pink. Drain any excess grease and place back into the skillet. Stir in the jar of marinara sauce, two teaspoons garlic powder, two teaspoons Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoons ground black pepper and continue to heat over medium-low until heated through. Turn off heat.Add the tortellini to the casserole dish and spread out to evenly cover the bottom.Pour in the alfredo sauce and heavy cream. Stir the tortellini to make sure they are all covered.
