With changing safety codes came the need to modernize many buildings meaning that getting the suite into usable condition could mean fundamentally altering it for questionable benefit. This is not to mention the fact that some parts of the suite were already showing signs of rain damage and other issues.Consequently, the owners of the building have said that there is no viable business plan to reopen the suite.That doesnt mean that theres no hope of seeing it in your lifetime, however.
