The World's Largest Snails Keep Taking Over US Ecosystems – Will They Again?
The World's Largest Snails Keep Taking Over US Ecosystems – Will They Again? When the world’s largest land snail, the Giant African Snail, ends up in an ecosystem where it isn’t native, trouble often follows. In a series of slow-motion invasions, this voracious species has repeatedly turned up beyond Africa, including on US soil, where it poses a persistent headache for those battling invasive...

Monkey Island creator goes darker with new, Diablo-inspired roguelike RPG
Monkey Island creator Ron Gilbert is famous for making some of the finest adventure games ever... and Return to Monkey Island. His influence on the genre is unmistakable, and many players owe their childhoods to him. Sure, the puzzles back in the day were bang-your-head-against-the-wall difficult, but the stories those games told live on within us forever. It was quite a surprise, then, when he announced that his next game, Death by Scrolling, would be a roguelike RPG. However, a recent interview where Gilbert talks about his gaming habits shines a light on the change.Read the full story on PCGamesN: Monkey Island creator goes darker with new, Diablo-inspired roguelike RPG

It's official - "another wave" of Intel Core Ultra Arrow Lake CPUs is coming
Intel chief financial officer (CFO) David Zinsner has just confirmed that another wave of Intel Arrow Lake CPUs is indeed on the way, plugging the gap between the companys current Core Ultra 200-series chips and its next-gen Nova Lake processors. With higher clock speeds, its possible that Intel could start to close the gap with a new Arrow Lake refresh lineup, but its the forthcoming Intel Nova Lake architecture that really has the potential to change Intels fortunes when it comes to desktop PC gaming.Read the full story on PCGamesN: It's official - "another wave" of Intel Core Ultra Arrow Lake CPUs is coming
