Intel is jumping on the hype train when it comes to Battlefield 6, thanks to a brand new giveaway bundle that includes budget CPUs. To kickstart its Intel Gamer Days promotion season, the chipmaker has teamed up with EA to give away a free digital copy of Battlefield 6 when gamers purchase a new Intel gaming CPU or GPU, with a huge range of eligible products included in the offer.

That includes a few Intel favorites of ours, such as the Intel Core i5 13400F. That chip features in our best gaming CPU guide, thanks to its incredible value, with the price hovering around $140 right now. Given that BF6 costs $69.99 at MSRP, this bundle can net you some serious savings if you were planning on picking up Battlefield 6, especially if you're thinking about a gaming PC upgrade too.

This new Battlefield 6 bundle is the first offer to launch as part of Intel Gamer Days 2025, the company's discount event set to begin on August 25. To gain your free Battlefield 6 code, saving you $69.99 on the base version of the game, you'll need to pick up an eligible Intel 13th Gen, 14th Gen, or Core Ultra 200 series CPU, or an Intel Arc GPU between August 25 and September 7.

Game codes will become available from October 3, with the Battlefield 6 release date set for October 10, but you'll have until October 31 to redeem your code.

The list of qualifying products is extensive, going from budget 13th-gen Raptor Lake CPUs to the latest Arrow Lake CPUs, such as the Core Ultra 7 265K, but the full list is available in this lengthy terms and conditions document on the Intel website. We expect major retailers to be taking part, but make sure to double-check before you purchase your CPU.

This is an awesome deal for Battlefield fans looking to upgrade their PC with new Intel hardware. We'll be curious to see what other bundles, deals, and giveaways Intel cooks up between now and September.

A new CPU could need a new board to match, so make sure you check out our best gaming motherboard guide to find an Intel-focused board that will fit into your existing case, as well as our best CPU cooler guide, so you can keep its temperatures in check.

Hyped for Battlefield 6? We certainly are, so make sure you jump onto our Discord server now and get the conversation flowing with your post-beta thoughts.
