Why You’ll Love This Mozzarella Cheese Quick Bread

It’s soft on the inside, golden on the outside, and packed with cheesy flavor. Since it’s a quick bread, there’s no yeast or rising time involved, making it perfect when you want homemade bread without the extra work. No mixer needed, just combine the ingredients and bake.. so simple and has a great flavor. Serve it alongside soup, pasta, chili, or enjoy a warm slice with butter. It’s pillowy on the inside and so good! Plus this bread is on the table in less than an hour.. win win!

Shred The Cheese

We buy a block of mozzarella cheese and shred it ourselves. We love freshly shredded cheese instead of the bagged version. However, it will still be good if you use the already shredded cheese.

What To Serve Mozzarella Bread With:

Variations and Additions

You could easily add some spices to this bread, such as italian seasoning, oregano, basil, etc. You could also switch up the cheese if you like! The last time we made this, we did 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of parmesan, and it was delicious!
