Sliders for the win! These mini sandwiches are not only cute, filling, and versatile, but also quick and easy to whip up for a crowd. This take on a classic Monte Cristo sandwich is full of savory rich kicks from deli meat and cheese, but also pops of sweetness from raspberry jam.

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-fried eggs, yolks broken

  • 12 brioche buns

  • 6 oz. deli ham

  • 6 oz. deli turkey

  • 6 oz. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam

  • Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange bun bottoms in a 13x9-inch baking pan or 3-qt. rectangular baking dish. Layer roll bottoms with hard-fried eggs then the deli meat, and cheese. Spread cut sides of bun tops with raspberry jam and add to pan.

  2. Cover with foil. Bake 15 minutes. Uncover; bake until cheese is melted and bun tops are light brown, 10 to 15 minutes more. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
