How to get into O'Neill's Electronics in Routine
How to get into O'Neill's Electronics in Routine
How do you access O'Neill's Electronics in Routine? Just getting into the Mall can be perplexing enough, but it won't be long before you come up against another locked door. O'Neill's Electronics is the only place in Union Plaza where you can pick up the Ultraview CAT module, which you need to escape the Mall and shut down the ASN.
Once you're in the Mall, you can reach O'Neill's Electronics in Routine via the Playground - that's the blue room with a damaged IC robot to the right of Souvenirs. Unfortunately, you can't just waltz right in. The shutters are down, but you can change that pretty quickly if you follow our lead. Trust us, it's exponentially difficult to work out what to do when you've got Type-05s stomping around.

To access O'Neill's Electronics, follow the signs and music to Megazone. Duck under the shutters to enter the arcade, then use the CAT's Maintenance module to overload the power box connected to the Security Office door. Follow the yellow wire leading from the door controls if you get stuck.

Once you override the door controls, enter the Security Office and head over to the terminal. Select the 'Door' tab at the bottom of the screen, then hit either the left or right arrow keys on either side of the 'Door Control' window to switch from the Mall Exit to the Playground, then select 'Open Door.'
Leave Megazone and take the left path that leads to Souvenirs and the Playground. Don't worry if a Type-05 starts to give chase - just duck under the set of shutters on the right, and it can't follow you. Head to the other side of this circular room to enter O'Neill's Electronics.
Now that you're inside O'Neill's Electronics, pick up the Ultraview CAT module from the stand and take it for a test drive. It isn't just essential to leave the Mall, but also to complete many of the Routine missions ahead - including the Routine locker puzzle - so get comfortable with it now to save you a lot of pain later down the line.
