If you're on the on the lookout for a budget gaming monitor, this discounted LG display is one of the best deals I've ever seen. While I'd never claim an entry-level display like this is going to be the best gaming monitor you've ever set eyes on, LG delivers reliably good monitors. Note, the display defaults to 120Hz but can be overclocked to 144Hz. I've never encountered a display that can't hit its claimed overclocked speed, though, so you can effectively take this as it being a 144Hz panel.

LG somewhat vaguely claims this display can hit "over 99% sRGB coverage," without saying how far over it can go. But what that ultimately means is that, unlike some older entry-level gaming monitors, this one can display the full range of standard colors used by computers. It can't offer dazzling HDR (though it does support HDR 10) and only has a maximum brightness of 250cd/m2, but you can't have everything at this price.

Inputs consist of one DisplayPort 1.4 and one HDMI, along with a headphone jack. Other little extras include a flicker-free backlight, reader mode, an on-screen crosshair, and an FPS counter.
