Indie games have been eating good over the past few years. All the way back to the pandemic-fueled social games like Among Us and Fall Guys, to the likes of Balatro and this year's viral hits, Peak and Schedule 1, it seems that players are willing to give more games a try. A lot of this virality is thanks to streamers and YouTube creating social media sensations, but it's also the fact that these games hook players in straight away and don't let go.
