If you've played a single second of Apex Legends Season 26, you've probably heard the rapid bursts of the RE-45 pistol. What used to be a joke of a weapon, something you'd pick up to hold all your R99 attachments until you find an SMG, has been transformed thanks to a huge buff this season. It switched to using energy ammo, and now fires in a burst pattern similar to the Nemesis assault rifle, which speeds up the more consecutive bursts you fire.
