The development further strengthens Tatu Citys position as one of Africas leading master-planned urban developments.Demand for the project has remained strong, with Tower A already 75 percent pre-sold to both Kenyan and international investors.Mixed-Use Development Targets Modern Urban LivingJabali Towers will cover approximately 88,000 square metres and comprise two residential towers rising 25 and 36 storeys. The development will also include a 150-room hotel, Grade A office space, and 35 shops and restaurants.The residential units will range from studio apartments to three-bedroom homes, with prices starting from KSh9.7 million.Residents will have access to a wide range of lifestyle amenities. These include a fitness centre, infinity swimming pool, landscaped gardens, wellness facilities, co-working spaces, and public plazas designed to encourage community living.CRBC brings significant international experience to the project. The mixed-use Special Economic Zone already offers 24-hour potable water, 99.7 percent power reliability, high-speed fibre connectivity, and more than 70 kilometres of international-standard roads.The project is also expected to benefit from upcoming developments within the city. Wellington College International Kenya is scheduled to open in 2028, strengthening Tatu Citys appeal to families, professionals, and expatriates seeking integrated live-work environments.Residents will also enjoy over 100 kilometres of walking and cycling trails, parks, lakes, and green spaces. In addition, the Tatu Wildlife Sanctuary, expected to open later this year, will become the worlds only urban wildlife sanctuary.The development will create more than 2,000 jobs during construction and operations.
