The best way that I can describe Deltarune is that it's an interesting game. Very interesting indeed. It's been incredible to experience this story in parts and be there as it evolves and deepens over time, much like Undertale did before it. There's a bit of a big divide between Undertale and Deltarune, though, because Deltarune has been given to us in chapters instead of all at once. While Deltarune's balance between lighthearted writing and meta narratives isn't new for Toby Fox, getting to piece it together over the last few years has made everything feel heavier.
