NieR: Automata is a fantastic open-world action game, of that there can be absolutely no doubt. While I do love the games gameplay, though, I dont think itd be unreasonable to say that its story is what really helps the whole thing stick in your head. Naturally, the focal point of that excellent story is the characters on both sides of the Android and Machine Lifeform conflict, each of whom go through their own severe trials and tribulations.
