One aspect of Final Fantasy XIV that has the most appeal, and one that MMORPGs strive for, is cosmetics. Its a universal portion of the experience where players want to look as good as possible to flex their ideal setup. Sometimes, its getting an Ultimate weapon to show off how much time you spent in a raid, or its something more casual, such as doing Maps to craft an aesthetically pleasing aura.
