One of the biggest hot button topics in gaming is how expensive the hobby is becoming. Sony, along with Activision and Take-Two, were some of the first publishers to embrace the $70. Now, with Nintendo and Microsoft embracing $80 games, gamers are pushing back. That's not stopping companies from raising prices. Former PlayStation boss Shuhei Yoshida said that an $80 game is still a "steal" and that gamers shouldn't be complaining about the price. Naturally, people weren't too happy about these comments, but that isn't stopping current Sony execs from possibly raising their prices.
