How do you access O'Neill's Electronics in Routine? Just getting into the Mall can be perplexing enough, but it won't be long before you come up against another locked door. O'Neill's Electronics is the only place in Union Plaza where you can pick up the Ultraview CAT module, which you need to escape the Mall and shut down the ASN. Once you're in the Mall, you can reach O'Neill's Electronics in Routine via the Playground - that's the blue room with a damaged IC robot to the right of Souvenirs. Unfortunately, you can't just waltz right in. The shutters are down, but you can change that pretty quickly if you follow our lead.
