For several months now, Sony has been in an ongoing legal battle against Tencent Games and Polaris Quest's Light of Motiram for allegedly ripping off Guerrilla Games' Horizon franchise, with Sony suing the China-based gaming publisher in July and calling Motiram a "slavish clone" of Horizon.
