BGR.COMHow Googles new Gemini AI update keeps us safe from online scamsI might have chosen ChatGPT as my default chatbot for this early phase of the AI computing era, but I also keep an eye on the many other options available to users right now. Google's Gemini is definitely a solid choice, especially after the recent Gemini 2.5 Pro upgrades. Google also has a few big advantages over OpenAI, including its large software ecosystem, the Android OS, and its Pixel hardware.I'm not using any of that, mainly because I've been a longtime iPhone user and am still waiting for Apple Intelligence to eventually replace ChatGPT.But it doesn't matter which AI software I use in the future to get things done. No matter what, I'll always appreciate AI from Google that focuses on one important task in particular. I'm talking about Gemini AI being used to keep people safe from online scams, no matter what devices they're on.Google recently explained how it's using AI to tackle new threats, revealing that Gemini has helped it flag more scams than ever across Google Search, Chrome, and Android.Continue reading...The post How Googles new Gemini AI update keeps us safe from online scams appeared first on BGR.Today's Top DealsBest Apple Watch deals for May 2025Todays deals: $169 AirPods Pro 2, $490 75-inch smart TV, $12 Crest 3D whitening toothpaste, moreTodays deals: $4 iPhone chargers, 51% off Beats Studio Pro ANC headphones, $80 Roku Ultra, moreAmazon deals: 20% off gift cards from Amazon, $553 unlocked iPhone 15, $114 standing desk, more0 Comentários 0 Compartilhamentos 6 Visualizações

Thats why it helps to not only know great prompts but also how to ask ChatGPT to perform the task so you get the best results. In this article, you'll learn five underrated ChatGPT prompts and how to ask them properly. How to get the most out of a ChatGPT promptEven if you're using ChatGPT for other prompts, there are three things you should always keep in mind:Add Context: Tell ChatGPT who you are, what you're working on, and why you're asking. You can also make GPT take on your role, like: You're a [insert job title] with [insert how many years of experience] who needs to [tasks it needs to perform].Define The Format: From the start, say whether you want a bullet list, a table, a short paragraph, or a more detailed explanation.Include Constraints or Examples: Mention the tone, word count, audience, or share a sample to guide the output.5 prompts to use all the timeOpenAI debuts ChatGPT o3 and o4-mini models. BGR.COMNew Chinese AI can supposedly help you understand your petsThere's been a lot of talk about technology that can help us understand what our pets are saying to us (or about us) in recent years, but we haven't cracked the code of talking to animals just yet. Animals might understand us, but we can't really know what each excited bark or indifferent meow means.Recent research has shown that dogs can "talk" with the help of buttons placed on the ground, each playing a different word. At least one such dog has gone viral on social media in recent years for its ability to answer human questions and form simple sentences using those buttons. But that's not the same as understanding what pets are trying to say. Instead, we might be developing tech that lets some animals "talk." Even then, they can only form very simple sentences using whatever buttons they can press with a paw. What might actually help us understand what animals are saying in real time is AI, and one Chinese tech giant thinks it has the technology to one day offer tools that interpret barks and meows as they happen around you.Continue reading...The post New Chinese AI can supposedly help you understand your pets appeared first on BGR.Today's Top DealsBest Apple deals for May 2025Todays deals: $720 Apple Watch Ultra 2, $6.50 Anker fast chargers, $35 2K camera drone, Fitbit sale, moreTodays deals: $399 iPad mini 7th-Gen, $395 75-inch smart TV, $400 eufy Omni C20, Energizer batteries, moreTodays deals: $299 iPad 11th-Gen, $249 Bose ANC headphones, $378 smart toilet, ASUS gaming laptops, more0 Comentários 0 Compartilhamentos 6 Visualizações

BGR.COMWhy youre crazy if you travel without using ChatGPT and this new Google Maps AI featureBefore the age of generative AI, I used to rely on Google search whenever I had to travel. I'd look up information about the neighborhood I was staying in, load public transit sites, and read about local attractions I might want to visit. All of this took quite a while, and I'd end up saving information from my searches so I could revisit it later. That included screenshots, which I'd sometimes forget about. Now that AI chatbots exist, I simply go to ChatGPT and ask all the questions I have about a new place I'm visiting. The best example is using ChatGPT Deep Research to plan an efficient trip to Tokyo after I attended the marathon.I say "efficient" because I wanted to see as much as possible while also giving my legs time to recover. Fast access to public transit, short walking distances, and grouping attractions by neighborhood were top priorities.I also had separate chats with ChatGPT about local transit, airports, shopping, internet access, and everything else I needed to know about Tokyo before I arrived. All of them were neatly saved in a folder inside ChatGPT, which I kept coming back to on my iPhone and Mac.This new system saved me a lot of time compared to the old Google search-based travel planning. There's no question I'll use a chatbot like ChatGPT every time I plan a trip. But one thing was missing from my Tokyo museum planning chat with ChatGPT: navigation. At the end of the day, I still had to copy and paste addresses from ChatGPT into Google Maps, my go-to navigation app on my iPhone. I know it's a first-world problem, having to switch between two apps to enjoy my travels. Still, it's a nuisance.Thankfully, there's a fix for that, and it's coming from Google Gemini. Google Maps just got a smart new AI feature that I'll use every time I plan a trip with ChatGPT. Thanks to Gemini, Google Maps can now understand screenshots and extract location information from them.Continue reading...The post Why youre crazy if you travel without using ChatGPT and this new Google Maps AI feature appeared first on BGR.Today's Top DealsTodays deals: 20% off gift cards on Amazon, $849 M4 MacBook Air, $500 off Omni S1 Pro, moreAmazon deals: 20% off gift cards from Amazon, $553 unlocked iPhone 15, $114 standing desk, moreTodays deals: $99 AirPods 4, $350 off eufy X10 Pro Omni, $25 Fire TV Stick 4K, $250 KitchenAid mixer, moreTodays deals: $720 Apple Watch Ultra 2, $6.50 Anker fast chargers, $35 2K camera drone, Fitbit sale, more0 Comentários 0 Compartilhamentos 6 Visualizações

BGR.COMGalaxy S25 Edge will get its own live event on May 12thThe battle of the ultra-slim flagship phones is about to begin as Samsung announced this week that it will host a live event on May 12th to show off the Galaxy S25 Edge. You might recall that Samsung first teased the Galaxy S25 Edge at its Galaxy Unpacked event in January, but didn't share any details about the device. Three months later, leaks have filled in some of the blanks, but we will finally see this new phone in action when Samsung goes live on May 12th at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET to fully unveil the Edge.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntMf1NcMuZkAs for the leaks, we've heard that the Galaxy S25 Edge will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and a 4,000 mAh battery. That will put it on par with the thicker Galaxy S25 handsets, despite the fact that it will be significantly slimmer. In fact, the new phone is said to be just 5.84mm thick, while the base S25 is 7.2mm thick.Samsung was also kind enough to confirm in its blog post about the event that the S25 Edge will feature a 200MP wide lens camera, matching the S25 Ultra."This is more than a slim smartphone," says Samsung. "Every curve, contour and component reflects a breakthrough in precise engineering to create a premium experience worthy of the S series name. The Galaxy S25 Edge not only sets a new standard for what you can achieve with your smartphonebutit also unlocks a new era of growth for the mobile industry."In terms of pricing, leaks suggest it will fall somewhere between the Galaxy S25+ ($999) and the S25 Ultra ($1,299). That said, these leaks were from outside the US, so there's no telling exactly what Samsung will do regarding the US price. We're gonna put our money on $1,099, but we'll find out for certain at the event next week.If you want to tune in to see the Galaxy S25 Edge make its formal debut, you can watch live on Samsung.com or stream the event on YouTube.Don't Miss: Galaxy S25 Edge price leaked, and its not as bad as we expectedThe post Galaxy S25 Edge will get its own live event on May 12th appeared first on BGR.Today's Top DealsTodays deals: 20% off gift cards on Amazon, $849 M4 MacBook Air, $500 off Omni S1 Pro, moreTodays deals: $399 iPad mini 7th-Gen, $395 75-inch smart TV, $400 eufy Omni C20, Energizer batteries, moreTodays deals: $99 AirPods 4, $350 off eufy X10 Pro Omni, $25 Fire TV Stick 4K, $250 KitchenAid mixer, moreTodays deals: $399 Mac mini, $289 Nintendo Switch OLED, $24 Red Bull 12-pack, $28 Amazon Echo Pop, more0 Comentários 0 Compartilhamentos 6 Visualizações

BGR.COMApple doesnt believe the iPhone will last another decadeWith so many rumors lately revealing the schedule for Apple's iPhone releases in the coming years, it seems the company already knows its flagship product won't last to see a 30th anniversary like the Mac. While we prepare for the upcoming iPhone 17 models and speculate about the iPhone Fold and iPhone 20, Apple already sees a world where the iPhone might lose its place as a central piece of our lives. In a Google vs. DoJ antitrust case testimony, Apple's services chief, Eddy Cue, said we might not need an iPhone 10 years from now. His exact words, according to a Bloomberg report, were: "You may not need an iPhone 10 years from now, as crazy as it sounds." Apple's top executive was talking about how AI will continue to evolve and play a crucial role in people's routines.Cue even teased that Apple plans to add AI search engines to Safari in a future update. However, his testimony is nothing new for Apple readers. After all, in a previousBloombergreport, the publication already revealed that the company's CEO, Tim Cook, doesn't care about anything other than "lightweight spectacles that a customer could wear all day."As he anticipates the end of the iPhone, Cook focuses on a future where we'll be using AR glasses. However, the best we can get now is the company's heavy and expensive MR Apple Vision Pro gadget. Bloomberg says Cook has this "grand vision, which hasn't changed in a decade." With that in mind, the company knows that its iPhone revenue, which is currently 50% of its earnings every quarter, won't last forever.Of course, no company wants to kill a successful product. As current rumors suggest, OpenAI is developing a non-smartphone AI-companion gadget, which is being developed with Apple's former design chief, Jony Ive. That said, the iPhone replacement might not come from Cupertino, but from somebody else in the Silicon Valley.Don't Miss: iPhone Fold may change Apples iPhone release schedule foreverThe post Apple doesnt believe the iPhone will last another decade appeared first on BGR.Today's Top DealsTodays deals: $99 AirPods 4, $350 off eufy X10 Pro Omni, $25 Fire TV Stick 4K, $250 KitchenAid mixer, moreTodays deals: $169 AirPods Pro 2, $490 75-inch smart TV, $12 Crest 3D whitening toothpaste, moreTodays deals: $349 MacBook Air, 45% off TP-Link WiFi 7 mesh, $299 Vitamix Explorian blender, moreAmazon gift card deals, offers & coupons 2025: Get $400+ free0 Comentários 0 Compartilhamentos 6 Visualizações

BGR.COMGoogle Search finally added an AI feature you might actually likeGoogle has been dying to bring generative AI features to Google Search as soon as ChatGPT went viral more than two years ago. Its efforts started with Bard, the early ChatGPT rival from Google, and continued with Gemini. Google Search now has several AI features available to users, just as OpenAI has done the unexpected and launched its own ChatGPT Search product that's now part of the ChatGPT experience. However, it's one thing to perform internet searches while you use a chatbot like ChatGPT or Gemini, and quite another to have genAI features in an internet search product forced on you. The former is optional, whereas Google Search AI features aren't.Unfortunately for Google, things haven't been going that great from the get-go. The AI Overviews that populate Google Search results experienced massive hallucinations, the kind that tell you to put glue on pizza so the cheese sticks. Google fixed them, but they'll still misbehave. Then there's AI Mode, a Google Search menu that gives you a ChatGPT or Gemini chatbot experience in Search. It's much better than AI Overviews in my view, but it's still limited to the US for now.But this Wednesday, Google Search got a cool AI feature that's actually very helpful. It's called "Simplify," and while it sounds like a spell from the Harry Potter movies, it's a different type of magic, one every internet search product could use. As the name suggests, Simplify will make it easier to understand complex information on the web.Continue reading...The post Google Search finally added an AI feature you might actually like appeared first on BGR.Today's Top DealsTodays deals: $399 iPad mini 7th-Gen, $395 75-inch smart TV, $400 eufy Omni C20, Energizer batteries, moreTodays deals: $349 MacBook Air, 45% off TP-Link WiFi 7 mesh, $299 Vitamix Explorian blender, moreBest Apple Watch deals for May 2025Best Apple deals for May 20250 Comentários 0 Compartilhamentos 7 Visualizações

BGR.COMBest AirPods deals and prices for May 2025AirPods are unquestionably among the most popular headphones in the world. It's great that there's so much variety in the Apple AirPods lineup, but the best model will always be the one that fits your budget and style. This starts with the original AirPods (less expensive, launched in 2016) and AirPods Pro (more features, active noise cancelling), then extends to the AirPods Max (high-end audiophile). The most popular AirPods deal this month has been Apple's AirPods Pro model, which is on sale with a nice big discount. Plus, the latest AirPods 4 and AirPods 4 with ANC models are both discounted.Apple AirPods 4 Wireless Earbuds, Bluetooth Headphones, with Active Noise Cancellation, AdaptivPrice: $148.99You Save: $30.01 (17%)Buy NowApple AirPods Pro 2 Wireless Earbuds, Active Noise Cancellation, Hearing Aid Feature, BluetoothPrice: $169.00You Save: $80.00 (32%)Buy NowApple AirPods 4 Wireless Earbuds, Bluetooth Headphones, Personalized Spatial Audio, Sweat and WPrice: $99.00You Save: $30.00 (23%)Buy NowApple AirPods Max Wireless Over-Ear Headphones, Pro-Level Active Noise Cancellation, TransparenPrice: $499.99You Save: $49.01 (9%)Buy NowThere are currently a few good deals on Apple's various AirPods models. The best offer is on AirPods Pro 2, which are now available for $169. Anytime you can get AirPods Pro for less than $200, you can rest assured that you're getting a great deal on the most popular noise cancelling earbuds on the planet. At $169, however, you're getting a deal that matches the all-time low price.Next up, Apple's new AirPods 4 come in two different versions. In fact, this might've been the only surprise from Apple's big September launch event last year, since the iPhone 16 update was so boring. Apple's regular AirPods 4 replace AirPods 2, and they carry the same $129 price tag. Then, there are new AirPods 4 with noise cancellation, which retail for $179. In an interesting twist, both models are currently on sale with rare discounts.Regular AirPods 4 are down to $99.99 right now instead of $129, and AirPods 4 with ANC are on sale for $148.99, down from $179. Both of those deals match the lowest prices ever, so it's a good time to pick up either pair. That being said, I would personally never buy the ANC model for $149 when I could spend another $20 and get AirPods Pro 2 for $169.In this comprehensive guide, we'll cover all the best AirPods deals you can get right now, plus the worst sales that you should definitely skip.Apple AirPods: Check the latest pricesIf you want the Cliff's Notes version, here's a quick list of every AirPods model with links to the best prices:AirPods Pro 2 (Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy)AirPods 4 (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart)AirPods 4 with ANC (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart)AirPods 3 (Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy)AirPods 2 (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart)AirPods Max (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart)Of course, there's so much to consider when you're trying to decide which AirPods model is the right one for you. Then, almost exactly one year later on September 22, 2023, Apple released an updated version of AirPods Pro with USB-C. The new USB-C port on the MagSafe case matches the updated port on the iPhone 15 series. There are also a few other changes, and this is the only model that works with Apple's new hearing aid feature.Apple AirPods Pro 2 Wireless Earbuds, Active Noise Cancellation, Hearing Aid Feature, BluetoothPrice: $169.00You Save: $80.00 (32%)Buy NowWhen comparing AirPods Pro 2 vs. regular AirPods, here are the key upgrades:Apple H2 chip2x better active noise cancelling technologyNew low-distortion drivers and custom amplifierVolume control on stemsNew MagSafe charging case with Find My integration and a speaker (USB-C and Lightning versions)Apple Watch charger supportWhen you combine all those features, AirPods Pro 2 are a pretty big upgrade! The best way to learn more is to read our in-depth AirPods Pro 2 review. As we mentioned earlier, Apple's flagship noise cancelling earphones are currently on sale with a great discount.Keep in mind that you should spend $199 at the most for this model. Anytime you can get Apple's ANC earbuds for even less than that, it's a steal.Apple AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with USB-C Charging CasePrice: Check the Latest PriceBuy NowThese are the latest and greatest noise cancelling earphones that Apple offers, so take advantage of this deal while you still can.Apple AirPods 4: Two different models to choose fromImage source: AppleAs expected, Apple unveiled its new AirPods 4 earbuds during the big "It's Glowtime" event in September 2024. What no one expected at the time, however, was that there are not one but two different versions of Apple's AirPods 4.First, we have the normal AirPods 4 that replace Apple's AirPods 2. They have a $129 retail price, just like 2nd-generation AirPods, so it'll be nice to finally be rid of that old design that dates back to Apple's first-ever earbuds.Apart from the new design, AirPods 4 offer dramatically improved sound quality compared to the 2nd-Gen model. They also pack Apple's newer H2 chip as well as Spatial Audio support. How crazy is it that you can get the H2 chip in a pair of $129 AirPods 4, but not in $549 AirPods Max?!AirPods 4 also offer up to 30 hours of battery life when you include the USB-C charging case. That's a big improvement. You can order them from all the top retailers, including Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart, and there are a few decent discounts to be found right now.Apple AirPods 4 Wireless Earbuds, Bluetooth Headphones, Personalized Spatial Audio, Sweat and WPrice: $99.00You Save: $30.00 (23%)Buy NowIn addition to the normal AirPods 4 that Apple launched in September, there's also a second version. The "AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation" name is a bit of a mouthful, so I call them AirPods 4 with ANC for short. This new model marks the first time Apple has ever included noise cancelling tech on a pair of earbuds that aren't "Pro." The biggest differences between these and the Pro model are the drivers and the fact that AirPods 4 don't have rubber ear tips. Needless to say, that means the ANC on AirPods 4 will never work as well as it does on AirPods Pro.AirPods 4 with ANC retail for $179, just like Apple's old AirPods 3, and they're available at Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and other top retailers. Just like the entry-level model, Apple's new AirPods 4 with ANC are also already available at a slight discount at some retailers.Apple AirPods 4 Wireless Earbuds, Bluetooth Headphones, with Active Noise Cancellation, AdaptivPrice: $148.99You Save: $30.01 (17%)Buy NowIf you ask me, AirPods 4 with ANC are almost never a good deal. They do go on sale with a discount from time to time, but I wouldn't buy them unless they're at least $30 off. If you spend more than $149 on this model, I believe you might be making a mistake. Why, you ask? It's pretty simple: AirPods Pro 2 are sooooo much better, and they're typically on sale for around $199 or less these days. If the price of AirPods Pro 2 is anywhere near AirPods 4 with ANC when you're shopping, it's definitely worth spending a bit more on the Pro model.AirPods Pro 2 offer noticeably better sound quality, and the fit is more snug in your ear since they have silicone ear tips. Those ear tips also mean that active noise cancellation works way better. Since AirPods 4 have hard plastic tips, they don't isolate sound, so ANC is pretty ineffective.AirPods Max: PerfectionApple released the AirPods Max in December 2021 and then gave them a minor update in 2024 when it swapped the old Lightning port for a USB-C port due to laws in the EU. It's worth noting that nothing else changed. Of course, this is the type of product that doesn't need to be updated that often. Try AirPods Max once, and you'll instantly see that they're on par with the very best wireless noise cancelling headphones from the likes of Bose and Sony.AirPods Max are the first over-ear headphones from Apple. They are also the most expensive headphones from Apple with a starting price of $549. If you read our AirPods Max review, however, you'll see why they might be worth that hefty price tag for many people.Apple's AirPods Max headphones feature a unique design with a breathable knit mesh headband and a stainless steel frame with memory foam ear cushions for maximum comfort. Other features include active noise cancellation and up to 20 hours of battery life.Active noise cancellation allows you to block outside noise for a more immersive listening experience. You can also activate transparency mode like other AirPods to tune into conversations around you without having to remove your headphones.Apple AirPods Max Wireless Over-Ear Headphones, Pro-Level Active Noise Cancellation, TransparenPrice: $499.99You Save: $49.01 (9%)Buy NowThe Apple AirPods Max also offers spatial audio with dynamic head tracking, and the headphones come in various colors, including space gray, silver, sky blue, green, and pink.Best of all, there are some fantastic AirPods Max deals going right now that will save you a lot of money. Even with the discount, though, they're still more expensive than many rival noise cancelling headphones from top brands like Bose and Sony.Overall, the AirPods Max offer some of the highest fidelity sound and premium features for headphones. But at that price point, there are compelling alternatives if youre not completely into the Apple ecosystem.Another thing to note is that there are almost always discounts these days on Apple's AirPods Max. You should never even consider purchasing them at full price.Sale prices generally range from $449 to $499, so keep that in mind when you check the current deals. If you see them on sale for any more than that, definitely don't buy them until the price drops again. Are AirPods 3 still worth it?Apple AirPods 3 on a table next to an iPhone. Image source: Christian de Looper for BGRApple released the third-generation AirPods in October 2021. This model was a big upgrade compared to entry-level AirPods 2, but now it has been discontinued in favor of the newer AirPods 4 models. To recap, AirPods 3 offered better sound quality than older AirPods versions. The improved sound quality is a result of an Adaptive EQ feature, which automatically tunes music based on the shape of your ears. AirPods 3 are also IPX4 sweat and water-resistant, and that's an upgrade compared to AirPods 2.Apple AirPods (3rd Generation) Wireless Ear Buds, Bluetooth Headphones, Personalized Spatial AuPrice: Price too low to displayBuy NowSo, is it worth buying AirPods 3 now that Apple's AirPods 4 models have been released? Well, yes and no.AirPods 3 and the entry-level AirPods 4 model are on par with each other in terms of sound quality and battery life. With that in mind, you should almost always opt for AirPods 4 over the older model since they retail for $129. However, if AirPods 4 aren't available at a discount and you can find AirPods 3 at a lower price, it's fine to go with the previous-generation model.Entry-level AirPods deals (2nd Generation)Apple AirPods 2 feature the iconic original AirPods design. Image source: Apple Inc.As newer models of AirPods are being released, retailers are trying to clear out second-generation AirPods from their inventory. Retailers like Amazon and Best Buy periodically drop prices. If you want to spend as little as possible, this model is an option. AirPods 2 are not compatible with wireless charging and instead come with a regular charging case. That and the older design help keep the price down.AirPods 2 are only worth it if you can find them on sale for $89 or less. If not, you should spend a few extra bucks and get AirPods 4 instead since they're such a big upgrade compared to this old model.Apple AirPods Wireless Ear Buds, Bluetooth Headphones with Lightning Charging Case Included, OvPrice: $189.95Buy NowAnyone looking for AirPods 2 in stock should be sure to check Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart. That way, you can pick up a pair from whichever retailer you like most. Just keep in mind that this model has been discontinued, so it might be tough to find at some retailers. And since AirPods 4 retail for $129 and often go on sale for less than that, buying AirPods 2 probably isn't a good idea unless you really love Apple's old form factor.Discounted Apple wireless charging caseApple's AirPods in the charging case. There are plenty of alternatives out there, but two models are head and shoulders above the competition.First, we have Sony WF-1000XM5 earbuds. Commonly known as Sony XM5, these are Sony's latest and greatest flagship earphones with active noise cancelling tech. They offer the best sound quality on the planet, period. They also feature ANC quality that outclasses everything else on the market.Sony WF-1000XM5 ANC earbuds retail for $298, but they sometimes go on sale with discounts. If you want the best of the best, look no further.Sony WF-1000XM5 The Best Truly Wireless Bluetooth Noise Canceling Earbuds & in-Ear Headphones wPrice: $298.00Buy NowAnother fantastic option is the Bowers & Wilkins Pi7 S2 earbuds that I love so much. You simply won't find better bass response in a pair of ANC earphones. Period. It's crazy how deep the bass is on these Bowers & Wilkins earbuds. If that's a priority for you, look no further. The quality of the noise cancelling tech on the Pi7 S2 earbuds is also impressive, but it's not quite up to the standard set by Sony's XM5 earbuds. Of course, who can hear any ambient noise with all that bass?At $399, Bowers & Wilkins Pi7 S2 have the highest retail price of any popular AirPods Pro 2 rivals. Right now, however, they're on sale at a great price.Bowers & Wilkins Pi7 S2 True Wireless Earbuds - Active Noise Cancellation, Qualcomm aptX TechnoPrice: Price too low to displayBuy NowThere are other premium wireless noise cancelling earbuds to choose from, of course. One good example is the new Bose QuietComfort Ultra earphones that are discounted right now. To my ear, however, Sony's XM5 earbuds have better sound quality and better ANC performance. That's why I always recommend the Sony model over Bose's earbuds. What are the cheapest AirPods? Apple's cheapest AirPods model is the 4th-generation AirPods, often referred to as AirPods 4 or just AirPods. This is the updated version of Apple's original AirPods earbuds, and it retails for $129.What's better, AirPods or AirPods Pro? AirPods and upgraded AirPods Pro each have pros and cons. If you're trying to decide between them, there are a few simple things to keep in mind. If you prioritize affordability, you should get AirPods. If you want active noise cancelling and better sound quality, it's worth paying more for AirPods Pro.Why are there cheap AirPods? Apple is often thought of as a premium device maker, but the company does try to offer products across a wide range of price points. That's why there are cheap AirPods in addition to more expensive models, like AirPods Pro and AirPods Max.How can you get Apple AirPods for free? Apple offers a back to school promotion each year, and sometimes it includes free AirPods when students purchase another qualifying Apple product. That's currently the only way to get free AirPods from Apple.Do AirPods have a student discount? Apple says that AirPods are not eligible for a student discount. There is one way to get discounted AirPods from Apple, though. The Apple store will match other retailers' discounts up to 10%. So, if you find AirPods on sale elsewhere but would prefer to buy them directly from Apple, you can save up to 10% by showing them a discount at a store like Amazon, Best Buy, or Walmart.Don't Miss: Todays deals: $720 Apple Watch Ultra 2, $6.50 Anker fast chargers, $35 2K camera drone, Fitbit sale, moreThe post Best AirPods deals and prices for May 2025 appeared first on BGR.Today's Top DealsTodays deals: $349 MacBook Air, 45% off TP-Link WiFi 7 mesh, $299 Vitamix Explorian blender, moreAmazon gift card deals, offers & coupons 2025: Get $400+ freeBest Apple Watch deals for May 2025Amazon deals: 20% off gift cards from Amazon, $553 unlocked iPhone 15, $114 standing desk, more0 Comentários 0 Compartilhamentos 7 Visualizações

This device can be used while charging the battery as well.Hands-onBefore the release of Apple Vision Pro, a few journalists had the chance to, once again, do a hands-on with Apple's spatial computer. The Verges Victoria Songtalked about how similar the Apple Vision Pro felt to her, even though it was her first time trying this device:But my half-hour with it revealed that Apples headset felt more familiar than I thought it would. The iPhone face scan to select the correct light seal is very similar to setting up Face ID. Slipping it onto your head isntthatdifferent from any number of other VR headsets.Interestingly,Engadgets Cherlynn Lowtalked about how she needed to switch straps due to some discomfort. Unlike Victoria, Low needed the strap that crossed her head for more comfort. The Vision Pro unit I tried on today came with a strap that you stretch and ends up at the back of your head. It was wide, ridged, and soft, and I at first thought it would be very comfortable. But 15 minutes into my experience, I started to feel weighed down by the device, and five more minutes later, I was in pain. To be fair, I should have flagged my discomfort to Apple earlier, and alternative straps were available for me to swap out. But I wanted to avoid wasting time. When I finally told the companys staff about my issues, they changed the strap to one that had two loops, with one that went over the top of my head.Apple Vision Pro reviewImage source: Jonathan S. GellerBGR's Jonathan Geller reviewed Apple Vision Pro. He says this spatial computer is the future, but we should take advantage of it with a grain of salt. Geller writes:Do I want all of these CPU/GPU, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi radio signals directly on my skull? And do I want my eyes staring at screens instead of the real world? (...) I dont think we have even been asked to make these incredibly tough decisions before to the order of this magnitude, and it feels awful to honestly consider them. Its awful because this is the most incredible piece of technology, maybe the most incredible product I have ever tried. But I keep trying to put some distance between it and myself. I havent worn it all day yet, I havent fully worked in it, though I do find myself missing the experience when Im not wearing it. It is fatiguing, its more focused on consumption than productivity, but this is the V1.You can read our complete Apple Vision Pro review here.Should you buy an Apple Vision Pro?Since this is a first-gen product, there are several reasons not to buy an Apple Vision Pro right now, such as its weight, poor spatial recording, and the device's lack of several apps.On the other hand, this spatial computer has the best eye-tracking in the market, beautiful displays, and doesn't require a controller. BGR listed six reasons to buy this spatial computer. At the end of the day, it's all about whether you want to spend $3,500 on this device or wait for the next generation. Reports believe Apple sold up to 200,000 units of this product during the pre-order period.Apple Vision Pro 2 rumorsImage source: Jonathan S. GellerBelieve it or not, there are already a few rumors regarding Apple Vision Pro 2. According to Omdia research revealed by the Korean version ofThe Elec, Apple plans to offer this second generation with brighter, more efficient displays.By 2027, Apple will upgrade the Vision Pro to an RGB OLEDoS display, which will be an improvement over the expected WOLED with a color filter that will be available with the first generation of this product. The Elec explains that WOLED produces color as white light passes through an RGB color filter. On the other hand, RGB OLEDoS implements both light and color in RGB subpixels deposited adjacent to the same layer. In addition to Omdia, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted that Apple might wait until 2027 to launch a second generation of this product. A cheaper version is expected by the second half of 2025. However, Apple could focus on a second-gen model with the M5 chip instead. There are rumors that this device could actually be an "Apple Vision Air."Tim Cook also weighed in on Apple Vision Pro's future.Don't Miss: visionOS 3: Rumored features, release date, supported devices, moreThe post Apple Vision Pro: Price, release date, review, features, accessories, and more appeared first on BGR.Today's Top DealsTodays deals: 20% off gift cards on Amazon, $849 M4 MacBook Air, $500 off Omni S1 Pro, moreBest Fire TV Stick deals for May 2025Todays deals: $169 AirPods Pro 2, $490 75-inch smart TV, $12 Crest 3D whitening toothpaste, moreBest Apple deals for May 20250 Comentários 0 Compartilhamentos 7 Visualizações
