All Hollow Knight Silksong Pollip locations

All Hollow Knight Silksong Pollip locations
Where are all the Silksong Pollip Heart locations? These purple flowers aren't difficult to spot, but it's not always clear how to reach them. However, they're well worth tracking down, especially if you want to use all the best tools in combat.
There are six Pollip Hearts in Hollow Knight Silksong, and all of them can be found in Shellwood area of the Silksong map. They're a rare item for one of the many side quests in the game, and as the name suggests, you need to find and break open Pollips to retrieve them. This quest is ideal to complete before you beat Sister Splinter, since you need to go through Shellwood before you can save Bellhart and continue your progress.
Pollips appear in specific locations in Shellwood, which makes Pollip Hearts much easier to gather than quest items that drop at random. You can tell when a Pollip is nearby when you see purple petals falling from the sky; if you spot purple flowers blooming, then one is in the immediate vicinity.
However, just because you reach one doesn't mean you can retrieve the item it drops. Speak to Greyroot in Shellwood and accept the 'Rite of the Pollip' side quest to unlock the ability to gather Pollip Hearts.
You can find Greyroot west of the central bench in Shellwood. Head left, then drop down the elevator gap and glide to the platform on the left. Continue in that direction and take the left-hand path on the upper level of this area. Enter the dwelling on the far left to find Greyroot.
Here's are all the Silksong Pollip locations:
Pollip #1
This Pollip is on the path directly below the Silksong Sister Splinter boss room. Use your downward attack to bounce off the flowers and reach the Pollip in the top-left corner of the ceiling. If you're having trouble reaching it, we recommend switching to a Silksong Crest that trades in Hornet's standard diagonal dive for a vertical one, especially since you need to hit it multiple times. You can also use Ancestral Arts and Tools to destroy it quickly.
Pollip #2
This Pollip is in a secret path that lies behind a wasp nest, east of where you get the Silksong Wall Jump ability. Head right and then wall jump to the upper level. Hop over the platforms on the left until you drop into the small lake next to the wasp nest.
The best way to deal with the nest is to kite the wasps to the relative safety of the high platform on the right, then use the silk you earned for beating them to unleash Silkspear. Once it's destroyed, head down and to the right to reach the Pollip.
Pollip #3
This Pollip is in the northwestern corner of Shellwood, in the room just below where you get the Wall Jump ability. You can find it in an alcove in the middle of the left-hand wall; use the Drifter's Cloak to glide down and reach it with ease.
Pollip #4
This Pollip is in the first area that you emerge after you leave Bellhart, on the path to the southeast of Shellwood's central bench. Stand on the elevated platform towards the top of this room, then jump and glide across to reach the wall on the right. Wall jump up to reach the Pollip on the left, guarded by two wasps.
Pollip #5
This Pollip can be found on an alternate path out of the bell tunnels that lead to the Silksong Widow. Instead of dropping down to the platform suspended over the boss room, break the false wall on the left and proceed through to a secluded section of Shellwood.
Proceed left over the platforms suspended across the thorny vines; watch out for the fly that drops from the ceiling as you go. Destroy the vines on the bottom right to reveal the secret cave that hides this Pollip.
Pollip #6
This Pollip is fairly straightforward to get, but requires you to backtrack from Greyroot's dwelling. Use your Silksong Dash ability to sprint and jump towards the ledge, which gives you enough height to reach it. Proceed up the platforms to the Pollip on the right.
Now that you've gathered every Silksong Pollip, return to Greyroot to receive the Pollip Pouch. This Silksong Tool applies venom to your trusty Needle to inflict additional damage. If you like the sound of that, don't forget to pick up the Silksong Pale Oil for more weapon upgrades, and take on those Silksong bosses with renewed strength.
