Head right from where Shakra is stationed and take the wind current up to reach the first path on the left. Continue left to enter the room that contains the bench. Congratulations, you've found it! Don't sit on it yet.

How to unlock the Hunter's March bench

To unlock the Hunter's March bench, break the wall to its immediate left to reveal a hidden room with a lever. Hit the lever to disarm the trap and unlock the bench.

It's essential that you do not sit on the Hunter's March bench before you disarm it. If you do, an axe swings from the ceiling and removes two health masks on contact - and given all the hazards you've faced to get here, it's highly likely you don't have health to lose.
