The Hollow Knight Silksong Steam Deck rating is already here, and it's great news for those who want to play this hugely anticipated indie metroidvania on the go, or simply prefer to use the gaming handheld as their primary gaming device.
As we laid out in the Silksong system requirements, this game barely increases its demands above those of the original Hollow Knight game released back in 2017. This is great news for the Steam Deck, which, despite being the best gaming handheld on our buying guide, is starting to struggle with some of the latest game releases.
Hollow Knight Silksong is Steam Deck Verified, meaning the game will run great with no adjustments needed to the graphics settings when first booting the game.
With the whirlwind announcement of the Hollow Knight Silksong release date recently, we weren't sure whether a Steam Deck rating would drop before the game released. Alas, the game has already been put through Valve's rating system, and it's come out with the top rating.
The original Hollow Knight continues to be one of the most played Steam Deck games ever released, sitting in the 18th spot for the last year, but, unsurprisingly, it holds the number one spot for the past month (at the time of writing) as everyone gears up to play Silksong.
