How do you heal in Hell is Us? This action-adventure game isn't very forgiving, and in a war-torn Hadea, overrun by monsters and lymbic creatures, staying alive long enough to solve the mystery of your missing parents means you need to learn how to heal quickly.
If you've skipped the Hell Is Us tutorials, you might have missed how a key skill, Healing Pulse, works. As it's tough to find many medkits around Hadea, regaining health can be tricky, especially when one of the best ways to do so is through fighting enemies. Although you can change the difficulty settings at any time, and we recommend doing so if you'd rather focus on the story and puzzle elements, you can use Healing Pulse as well as certain relics and glyphs to regenerate health.
It's worth keeping an eye out for defensive gear, relics, and some weapon glyphs if you're struggling to keep your health up, but Healing Pulse can be used to restore some of your missing health if you don't have a medkit available.
Healing Pulse is activated by killing enemies. A circle of light appears around you, which pulses until it solidifies. This is when you can press LB to regain some of your lost health. Be sure not to press it too soon; otherwise, it won't work. The skill is fairly generous if you press it late, but when the ring is still materialising, Healing Pulse can't be activated.
