If you're sick of WoW's annoying teammates, Don't Lose Aggro is a must-play

Are you struggling to find the time to do raids that last all evening in your favorite MMO or MMORPG? You're older now, you've got to do the kids' bedtime and you know for sure they'll be banging on your bedroom door at 6am - another late night raiding just isn't on the cards. When you do set aside an evening for the latest event, do you find your party inevitably full of inexperienced players who throw the whole encounter? Maybe you'll enjoy Don't Lose Aggro, a single-player roguelike that aims to recreate the MMORPG raid experience without the time pressures or annoying teammates.

You're the tank. You've got no choice in the matter. You must protect your party, or it's all over. However, Don't Lose Aggro offers you a choice of tanks. Like all the best MMORPGs, you can upgrade your skills to essentially choose what subclass you would like to be.

You can play the healer, opt for a high-damage build, and customise your tank in any way you see fit. So long as you protect your party, it doesn't matter how you do it.

The game's creator, Oren Koren, says that they wanted to create an MMO-like experience, "free from guild drama and heavy time investments." Don't Lose Aggro has mechanics inspired by plenty of genre classics, and aims to give players that nostalgic sense of MMORPGs past.

As well as offering a single-player alternative to multiplayer raids, Don't Lose Aggro offers roguelite mechanics in the form of talent points, which grant permanent buffs to your build of choice as you progress through the game. With three biomes, different raid bosses, and a variety of gameplay styles to choose from, there's plenty to sink your teeth into.
