Sims rival Inzoi shows off gorgeous new Stardew Valley island location

It's July, and I'm still dreaming of hot, sandy beaches, and a drink by a sunny pool. It's the best part of the summer in my honest opinion, and it looks like Inzoi agrees with me. The new Stardew Valley-like vacation island, Cahaya, is set to arrive in-game in a rapidly approaching August update. Details of what the island will look like have been light on the ground until now: a new teaser trailer has revealed a first look at the island - and I couldn't be more excited.

The upcoming update for Inzoi is one of the most-anticipated for one of the best life games available right now. It's due to arrive in August, and will allow your Zois to briefly vacation in the new island Cahaya from your home in either Dowon or Bliss Bay.

A first look at the new resort has now been revealed in this latest concept teaser. The trailers starts with Zois living their everyday lives, before showcasing clips of the island, such as architecture, what I assume are resort homes, a yacht out on sunny waters, and most excitingly, what appears to be water slides.

I'm not the only one hyped for this later summer update. Players took to YouTube to share their excitement; one writes, "OMG YESSSS!!! I'm so ready for Cahaya. This is going to be so amazing and I'm excited for a new experience with Inzoi. Can't wait for next month!" While another adds, "Yesss! You guys have been cooking! I can't wait to play in Cahaya!"

Hungjun 'Kjun' Kim, the Inzoi game director, previously revealed that Cahaya is designed to be an escape for players, offering a whole host of Stardew Valley-like tasks, from farming to boating, and even my favorite videogame mechanic, fishing. It'll be the next update for the game after the next modding update was delayed earlier this year, but there is so much to dig into in Inzoi, including these Inzoi cheats for free money, perfect relationships, full needs, and more.

There's no confirmed release date for the free August update yet. Although, we're hoping more info arrives shortly.
