Difficulty is also highly customizable; you can pick a preset option, or you can adjust individual elements like bullet drop, wind, health regeneration, enemy awareness, and so on.

Each campaign contains three workbenches, where you can unlock and customize your weapons. These include upgrades to barrels, stocks, scopes, and more. Every change affects stats like recoil, aim stability, muzzle velocity, and audible range, allowing you to embrace your own personal play style. You can even change cosmetics!

Then there is the kill cam, Sniper Elite's most iconic mechanic, which rewards accuracy with cinematic barbarity. Watch as your critical hits break Nazis' bones, pierce hearts, explode balls, and shatter skulls all in a detailed X-ray fashion. It's gloriously gory, with dramatic flair, which adds a touch of uniqueness to this game.
