Looking towards the Eve Online recommended specs, you probably wouldn't expect to see such a gulf of difference between it and the minimum requirements, as it calls for quadruple the RAM at 16GB, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 580 GPU, and an Intel i7 7700 or AMD Ryzen 7 1700 CPU.
