Starbucks Just Released Its Fall 2025 Menu—Here's When You Can Order the PSL and More

Ah, fall: chilly evenings, falling leaves, and pumpkin spice lattes on every street corner. That’s right, the first sign of fall is no longer when the leaves start to turn—it’s when Starbucks releases its signature Pumpkin Spice Latte, which has been around for more than 20 seasons now. The official return date is August 26, so customers can get their hands on their favorite drink long before autumn actually arrives.

More Returning Fall Starbucks Drinks

You can expect to see long lines on the unofficial first day of fall, and it’s not just because of the Pumpkin Spice Latte (alright, it’s mostly because of the PSL). Another star of the show, the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, will make its awaited return to menus in 2025, and we’re betting there are plenty of Starbucks customers marking their calendars for this versatile fall cold foam.

The Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, a sweet, spicy, and lightly pumpkin-flavored cold drink, will also make a comeback, alongside the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte—and we can’t wait to enjoy the pecan candy topping all over again.

A New Drink (and Food Item) Hits Menus

As you can probably guess, there will also be a newcomer drink to enjoy. Making its debut is the Pecan Cortado, inspired by the lineup of pecan-flavored drinks that got so much love in 2024. The Starbucks Cortado hit stores at the beginning of this year, so it’s exciting to see it get a refresh for the 2025 fall menu, too. 

There will also be brand new Italian Sausage Egg Bites to try, emphasizing cozy seasonal flavors in Starbucks’s savory treats. We’re still sore over the loss of Starbucks’ classic Pumpkin Scones, but this new fall breakfast item will certainly help soothe the ache.

How to Get Your Hands on a PSL This Year

Every single item on the Starbucks fall menu will officially become available starting on August 26. You’ll find them available to order through the Starbucks app or in all U.S. cafés. The fall menu runs until the holiday menu releases, which usually happens sometime in early November. Some stores will continue to serve fall drinks while supplies last, but you can expect them to officially stick around for two months.
