Who are the FC 26 Heroes? EA's keeping its cards close to its chest this year when it comes to the new iteration of its Heroes system. FC 25 featured upgradeable Heroes who morphed from Origin to Prime forms, granting them bonus stats.

The fact that the FC 26 Icons evolve indicates that the mechanic is being brought back, although it's unconfirmed whether the FC 26 Heroes will receive the same treatment. At the very least, current leaks indicate that this year's cohort will rival the likes of Eden Hazard, Fara Williams, and Guti, players who all made their mark on the previous iteration of the best soccer game series.

On July 9, reliable leaker 'Fut Scoreboard' shared a list of FC 26 Heroes to X, featuring behemoths of both the men's and women's sides of the game. While this is anything but a confirmed list, and the stats are merely predictions, the page did call that Zlatan would be the Ultimate Edition cover star ahead of time, so there's some credibility here.
