As an upgrade from the vívoactive 4, the 5 benefits from a bright and colorful AMOLED display, making everything look incredibly vibrant. It also has a much-improved battery life, boasting 11 days when in smartwatch mode.

As you'd expect from Garmin, the stats and tracking features are seriously next level; it offers an advanced range of health metrics, including heart rate, SpO2, stress levels, and detailed sleep analysis. The sleep tracking has been improved from previous models and now includes sleep coaching.
