New Sims 4 expansion pack brings back magical new feature, and it's amazing

The Sims has always been a must-play simulation game, if only due to the exciting range of customizable options up for grabs. Now, the game is becoming more fantastical than ever, with the launch of The Sims 4's new expansion pack, Enchanted by Nature, that's set to make all your fairy dreams a reality.

The new pack for The Sims 4 is finally bringing back fairies. In Innisgreen, three spellbinding neighborhoods await the arrival of your Sims: the quiet waterfront town, Coast of Adhmor, Sprucederry Grove, and the magical forest of Everdew. There's a whole slew of new sims for you to meet, too, including Mother Nature and Spruce Almighty.

But it wouldn't be one of the best simulation games out there if you couldn't become a fairy yourself. In this new expansion pack, become one with nature and influence the moods of other Sims by choosing between different Fairy Stories Aspirations. Nurturing souls can pick the Harmonious Path to grow wondrous gardens and awaken gnomes to help with the household chores, while those with a more playful side can walk the Discordant Path and stir up some mischief.

And unlike Sims 3 Fairies, these new Fairies have a wide array of abilities based on their new Emotional Force need to survive. You can absorb other Sims' emotions or bottle them up to save them for a rainy day.

That's not all. Hone your Apothecary skill and take to the new Apothecary Table to learn how to cure mysterious new ailments with fantastical effects, and for Sims who love the outdoors, you can forage to uncover the hidden gems of the natural world with a new Natural Living Skill and Nature Nomad Aspiration.

A whole host of new customizations are also now available for those wanting to realize their fairy dreams, including but not limited to nine skin tones, 18 eye colors, three pointed ear shapes as well as fully animated wings. Clipping into other items begone, these wings improve on Sims 3 visual effects for wings, introducing more believable wing motion and emotional pairings that allow your wing movement to match your mood.
