Impossible Zucchini Pie with sausage, slice on a plate

Why You’ll Love This Zucchini Pie

When the summer season hits and your garden is overflowing with zucchini, add this recipe to your list. We love it with Italian sausage but you could easily use ground beef or ground turkey. You can switch up the cheese and add any seasonings you love, and the best part is that the Bisquick makes the crust. We have been a fan of Impossible Pies for many years, and this one was delicious. Why is it called Impossible Pie?

What is an Impossible Pie?

Impossible pies are made with a baking mix poured in the ingredients to make it like a pie, so you don’t need a crust. Impossible pies can also be sweet and some are savory. This savory version will quickly become a favorite and if you like this version, you will want to try this version too.
