What are the Roblox The Hatch egg locations? With ten egg types scattered throughout as many biomes, grabbing a full set without someone else getting to them can be tricky. But having others around is a blessing in disguise, and we're going to explain how you can use others to complete the Hatch event.
The Hatch is far from the first major Roblox event. Likely taking the place of last year's The Games for a Summer without a major sporting event, the Hatch follows The Hunt, The Haunt, and a bunch of others, taking the best Roblox games around and turning them into UGC farms. Roblox The Hatch eggs explained
Eggs of a specific element can be found in The Hatch hub by visiting its respective biome. Here, random eggs from that element spawn around the zone. You just need to grab them before someone else.
Thankfully, eggs respawn in these spots fairly frequently, making it possible to camp egg spawn spots if you notice them refreshing often.
While the element of the egg will always match the zone, the exact egg that spawns is completely random. You can collect around ten eggs in a zone before they stop appearing for you.
Once that happens, you'll need to rely on finding eggs in that biome's 50+ assigned games, merging duplicates into higher rarities, or trading for any eggs you're missing to complete the set.
Down below, we'll detail every egg from each biome, including the number used to communicate with traders and that egg type's spawn points you can attempt to farm.
Roblox The Hatch - Shifting Shores egg locations
The Shifting Shores is the default island you arrive at when you load up The Hatch experience and board the boat. It hosts the Connection, Darkness, and Light biomes respectively.

Connection eggs are found in the main Hatch hub area. You can find three on the pier behind the portal and one behind the sheltered stall to the right of it. Stand on the barrel by the blue archway behind the portal for some easy AFK eggs.

Like a few others, there are easy Light Egg spawns right as you zone in with the Fast Travel button. Two are on the left side of the merge station, with another a ways off, at the base of the stairs connecting the biome to the main plaza.
Darkness Egg locations
Here are the Darkness Eggs needed to unlock the Electro Eggalodon Tail:
No. | Egg | Rarity |
1 | Egg of Dusk | Common |
2 | Egg of Shadow | Common |

Found by diving into the large whirlpool in the main Hatch biome, Darkness eggs are typically nestled in the seaweed, close to the walls as you descend.
Bounce between the two sides shown above to farm three egg spawn points until you have what you need. We found four mythics in a row here. Grab the manta ray for a ride and a quest egg if you can. It takes the same path.
Roblox The Hatch - Emerald Wilds egg locations
Located on the east side of the Hatch world is the Emerald Wilds. This island features the eggs of the Earth, Fire, and Water elements.
Fire Eggs locations
Here are the Fire Eggs needed to unlock the Scorching Deviled Egg Horns:

You'll find Fire eggs in the Volcano Biome. A great place is on the box in front of the door to its Merge hut. They respawn here fairly regularly, making it possible to AFK farm Fire Eggs quickly.
Earth Egg locations
These are the Earth Eggs needed to unlock the Egglectrified Adventurer's Belt:
No. | Egg | Rarity |

7 | Egg of Fissure | Primal |

Earth Eggs are easy enough to spot. You should find one directly behind the spawn by the fence, and another behind that near a rock just before the cannon.
Then there are spawns to either side of the portal northeast of the spawn—one by the base of the houses and another in a small shrub on the right side of the portal's approach.
Water Egg locations
Here are the Water Eggs required to unlock the Midnight Aggquarium Backpack:
No. | Egg | Rarity |
1 | Egg of Mist | Common |

7 | Egg of Atlantis | Primal |
8 | Egg of Riptide | Primal |
9 | Egg of Cloudburst | Primal |
10 | Egg of the Leviathan | Mythic |
For Water Eggs, it's time to go swimming… again. Hop into the water between the Earth and Fire biomes on the Emerald Wilds. These ones can be tricky. There's a lot of plant life and ground coverings obscuring things.
There's one just off the cliff by the merge station, with a couple more as you continue down the steps toward the hatch point. Simply circle the area and look for any that stand out on the rocks.
It's one of the quieter biomes, so either do laps or camp on one spot to claim some easy eggs. Three Water Egg spawn points form a triangle path right from the hatch point. Follow that if things are quiet, or camp the one at the very far point.
Roblox the Hatch - Crackling Den egg locations
At the southern end of The Hatch hub is the Cracking Den. Here, you'll find just the Energy and Time Eggs in comparatively tiny zones.
Energy Egg locations
There are the Energy Eggs you need to collect to earn the Yolktaic Energy Wings:
No. | Egg | Rarity |
1 | Egg of Momentum | Common |
2 | Egg of Force | Common |
3 | Egg of Resonance | Common |
4 | Egg of Flux | Common |
5 | Egg of Potential | Common |
6 | Egg of Criticality | Primal |
7 | Egg of Cataclysm | Primal |
8 | Egg of Fusion | Primal |
9 | Egg of Lightning | Primal |
10 | Egg of the Thunderbird | Mythic |
Found in the Energy Biome on the island of Crackling Den, one good spot to farm Energy Eggs is left of the waterfall just after the portal. You'll find one on the opposite side of the portal, too, with another directly below it just on the water's edge.
Time Egg locations
There are the Time Eggs you need to grab to unlock the Timestun Halo:
No. | Egg | Rarity |
1 | Egg of Seasons | Common |
2 | Egg of Hereafter | Common |
3 | Egg of History | Common |
4 | Egg of Ages | Common |
5 | Egg of Antiquity | Common |
6 | Egg of Primordium | Primal |
7 | Egg of Eternity | Primal |
8 | Egg of Continuum | Primal |
9 | Egg of Point-Instant | Primal |
10 | Egg of the Ouroboros | Mythic |
You can't miss Time Eggs. The winding tunnels of the mines are simple enough. Just walk in and follow the tracks clockwise.
Some Time Eggs will hide behind protruding rocks, so make sure to spin your camera around from time to time. Hitting the shaking gems causes you to get back in time, but they won't cause collected eggs to disappear or respawn.
Roblox The Hatch - Howling Heights egg locations
Lastly, you'll find two small biomes housing the Air and Ice Eggs at the northern tip of The Hatch hub on the frigid remote island of Howling Heights.
Ice Egg locations
Collect the below Ice Eggs to unlock the Staff of the Gelatomancer:
No. | Egg | Rarity |
1 | Egg of Rime | Common |
2 | Egg of Permafrost | Common |
3 | Egg of Snowdrift | Common |
4 | Egg of Flurry | Common |
5 | Egg of Winter | Common |
6 | Egg of Blizzard | Primal |
7 | Egg of Tundra | Primal |
8 | Egg of Glaciers | Primal |
9 | Egg of Avalanche | Primal |
10 | Egg of the Auroch | Mythic |
The Ice Biome eggs are scattered around its winding corridors, but a hotspot is conveniently right by the Merge Station.
You even spawn here when using the Fast Travel button, making it easy to effectively double up with biomes with similar spawn potential to collect eggs of multiple elements at the same time.
Air Egg locations
Finish off the Air Eggs collection to earn yourself the Dark Side of the Egg Aura:
No. | Egg | Rarity |
1 | Egg of Zephyrs | Common |
2 | Egg of Tempest | Common |
3 | Egg of Atmosphere | Common |
4 | Egg of Updraft | Common |
5 | Egg of Whirlwind | Common |
6 | Egg of Nimbus | Primal |
7 | Egg of Cirrus | Primal |
8 | Egg of Cumulus | Primal |
9 | Egg of Stratus | Primal |
10 | Egg of the Huma | Mythic |
Accessed via the large gust of wind in the middle of the Howling Heights, the Air Biome is relatively small, with five egg locations easily visible at all times.
The one by the machine on the left side of the lake can be hard to spot. It barely breaks the surface of the water. There is nothing at the end of the lobby behind the portal, so don't worry about that.
