If you've picked up the Faerie Lantern in Peak, you might be wondering how it differs from a normal lantern, and if, like us, you were afraid to turn it on in case something bad happened - maybe you've been burnt by Peak's Cursed Skull. Fortunately, it's a highly valuable item and, like Peak's Bugle, can save you and your party.

Where to find the Faerie Lantern in Peak

You can find the Faerie Lantern in Ancient Luggage lying on the side of the mountains; they can be found like regular suitcases.

They are, of course, a lot rarer, but are easy to spot from a distance as they are bigger, have a chain wound around them, and a shiny red gem in the center. They hold legendary gear, including the Cursed Skull, the Anti-Rope Gun, the Scout Effigy (which can be used to revive friends in Peak), and the Faerie Lantern. You do take a bit of damage from opening these special suitcases, but nothing that can't be fixed with the Faerie Lantern.

What does the Faerie Lantern do in Peak

The Faerie Lantern can be used to heal you and your friends and cure you of any bad effects, such as poison. It can be used multiple times, too, by switching it on and off until it runs out. You need to be near the lantern in order for it to work properly. Simply stand next to it, have one of you turn it on, and bask in the warm glow until your health is tip-top again.
