I've seen plenty of gaming PCs that aggressively stand out, with harsh color schemes and eye-catching designs that are heavy on detail. That's what makes this calming Sakura PC build such a palate cleanser. With all-white components, a fully transparent Lian Li case, and some beautifully placed cherry blossom, this gaming PC is clean, classy, and powerful, and leaves me with some serious new build envy.
What I like about this particular rig is the subtle design choices the builder has made that make it anything but a standard PC build. The calming, white design is enhanced by modest pops of colors through RGB lighting effects, but it's the cherry blossom, carefully laid throughout the case, that really helps to set up this gaming PC's floral theme. Meanwhile, the top-spec AMD components give this rig enough chops to make it one of the best gaming PC options out there.
This particular gaming PC caught my eye via a post on Reddit. The builder, u/Complex-Collection90, shared several pictures of the build, showcasing various different lighting effects applied to the case. The interesting thing to me is that, despite the variations, the build keeps its character, no matter the RGB colors in use - it looks just as great with a warm, sunset yellow as it does with a Tron-like turquoise or vivid green.
The RGB is doing some of the heavy lifting from an aesthetic point of view, but it isn't the main feature. By weaving flowers throughout the case to discreetly conceal its top-spec hardware, like the AMD Ryzen 7 900X3D gaming CPU powering it, the builder has crafted a truly show-stopping masterpiece.
The result is a minimalist showcase, at least for a PC. The XFX AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT gaming graphics card is the only major component that remains in plain view, along with a partially obscured AIO CPU cooler with an LCD, plus cooling fans that double up as ambient case lighting.
The flowers impact the airflow, as u/Complex-Collection90 confirms in the comments, but there are enough cooling fans to help keep it manageable, with CPU temperatures reportedly reaching between 140-149°F (60-65°C) and the GPU reaching 122°F (50°C) during gameplay. Meanwhile, the AIO water cooling tubes are tunneled out of sight via the back of the case to avoid distracting you from the floral theme.
The Lian Li O11 Vision PC case is perfect for the design, too, with all glass panels on the side, front, and top that allow the light to reflect around the showstopping interior, helped by some mirror foil tape added at the back. Gaming might not always be a calming experience, but this build adds a touch of serenity to this builder's workspace, and gives me plenty of inspiration for my next rig - all glass, yes please.
