If you are planning to get the new Starfield Terran Armada DLC, here's how to get 15% off
It's been a bit of a journey for Starfield. Bethesda's massive space RPG launched with huge expectations, a slightly wobbly landing for some players, and then… a slow but steady evolution. Updates, tweaks, and expansions have been gradually reshaping it into something much closer to fans' initial high expectations. Now, with the arrival of Terran Armada, Starfield is getting another push forward.
If you've been keeping an eye on Starfield, this recently released DLC is one of the more interesting additions so far - and I'll get into just why in a minute, but if you're planning on getting it, then I recommend going via Fanatical, where its 15% off. That's the lowest price you'll find for it at this point in time.
So what exactly is Terran Armada? Basically, it's a new story-driven DLC that introduces a fresh faction into the Settled Systems: a powerful group with ties to Earth that has a very strong "we're in charge now" attitude. They're not just another band of pirates either; this is a high-tech, militarised force backed by robotic soldiers and advanced weaponry. In other words, things are about to get a lot more intense.

The DLC brings a full questline, new locations, enemies, and systems, expanding across the wider game world rather than staying confined to a single area. It also introduces new gameplay elements like Incursions: repeatable combat events where you actively push back against the Armada's influence.
There's also a new companion (a slightly morally questionable robot, because of course there is), new gear, new tech, and even tweaks to things like outposts and exploration. With many of these spilling into the wider game, it makes the whole experience feel more dynamic, rather than just being a bolt-on.
If you liked Starfield but wanted more structure, more conflict, or just more reasons to engage with its systems, this DLC seems to deliver on exactly that. It's exactly what I, and a lot of other fans, hoped an expansion would be.
As for the Fanatical deal itself: 15% off might not sound huge, but discounts on brand-new DLC like this don't tend to stick around for long. There's no confirmed end date, so if you're even slightly tempted, it's probably not one to sit on for weeks and "maybe later" your way out of.
