WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS PISTACHIO CAKE

This Pistachio Cake is easy to make and taste great. The texture is wonderful and the taste is great, it is not overly sweet. You can leave the glaze off if you would like, but I think it really adds to the cake. The pistachio flavor also isn’t overwhelming; it’s subtle and delicious. This is the perfect cake for brunch and great with a cup of coffee!

EASILY CHOP THE PISTACHIOS

We recently bought this chopper and it has made life so much easier! As much as we cook, we get tired of chopping up vegetables, nuts, etc and we found this chopper at a really reasonable price on Amazon and decided to give it a try. So far we are loving it, so if you are interested in a chopper at a great price, check out this one. (this is an affiliate link).

The glaze is optional but we think it is a great addition!
