Arc Raiders expedition requirements, rewards, and dates

What do you need to complete an Arc Raiders expedition? Taking your game to the next level is a very involved process, but it gives dedicated players a goal, with ample rewards - and a few drawbacks - available for all those who complete it.

After you've mastered the basics in Arc Raiders, you may be wondering what's next. Expeditions are the best way of putting your expertise and your time to good use if you plan on raiding for the foreseeable future. It isn't for everyone, but we think completing Arc Raiders Expeditions is the mark of a truly dedicated player, and we have all the resources you'll need to complete them, right here.

What are Arc Raiders Expeditions?

Expeditions are the Arc Raiders' version of a reset. It's a way for seasoned players to start over and become more powerful than before. Expeditions ask you to donate a ton of items, asking players to grind for resources, and in return, are rewarded with things like skills, points, cosmetics, and extra stash slots.

As well as the aforementioned rewards, you also lose a fair bit when completing an expedition, so think wisely before you throw everything away.

Here is everything you gain for completing an expedition:

• Scrappy cosmetics
• The Expedition Indicator icon
• 12 Stash spaces (first completion)
• 24 Stash spaces (second completion)
• 0-5 Skill Points per expedition (based on player wealth)
• +5% XP Boost (first completion)
• +10% total XP boost (second completion)
• 6% Scrappy materials boost (first completion)
• 12% Total Scrappy materials boost (second completion)
• 60% Repair value increase (first completion)
• 70% Total repair value increase (second completion)

Here is everything you lose when completing an expedition:

• Skills
• Entire inventory
• All workshops and upgrades

Anything bought with real money (cosmetics, etc) will remain on your account, but you will essentially be set back to zero. Tutorials will be light, and all maps will be open from the beginning, so you can jump right in and build towards the next Expedition, if you like.

Arc Raiders Expedition dates

The current Arc Raiders Expedition began on March 2 and will run until April 29, when the finalization phase will begin, and you'll be asked whether you want to commit to the wipe or not. The Expedition will close on May 4.
