All Delta Force operators

Who are the Delta Force operators? The multiplayer experience in Team Jade's reimagining of Delta Force: Black Hawk Down takes its cues from extraction shooter mainstays, spliced with the specialist-based class system seen in games like Battlefield 6. As such, you can gain the upper hand on your future opponents just by learning about the specialists in the rebooted shooter.

There are 13 Delta Force operators as of Season 8. Each operator falls under one of four positions: Assault, Engineer, Recon, or Support. While these positions indicate what each of the FPS game characters excels at, the real meat is in an operator's loadout and builds. Alongside a character-specific trait, each operator has unique tactical gear and two gadgets that can be used out in the field. To find out more about each of the Delta Force operators and what they're packing, read on.

The Delta Force operators are:

Tempest (Claire Ann Beyers) - Assault

Introduced in Season 5, Claire Ann Beyers, aka Tempest, is an agile soldier who specializes in breaking the deadlock in combat using her tactical expertise. As a member of Haavk (the bad guys in Delta Force), she has access to a custom-made auxiliary spine to give her the speed needed to dart through areas at lightning speed, breezing past soldiers who aren't on high alert.

  • Position - Assault: Faster aiming movement speed. Can use the AT4 rocket launcher in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Auxiliary Spine Surge: Grants you a 10% movement speed boost when near gunfire.
  • Tactical Gear - Emergency Evasion Device: Place a safety rope anchor point that pulls you back to the spot when activated or when you take lethal damage.
  • Gadget 1 - Tactical Combat Roll: Sends you rolling in multiple directions to burst into areas, capable of knocking down enemies in the process. Any knockdowns you score reduce the trait's cooldown.
  • Gadget 2 - Drill Charge: Throw a drill that breaks through surfaces, releasing an electric current that temporarily stuns nearby enemies.

Delta Force Hawk Ops operators: D-Wolf adjusting his glove

D-Wolf (Kai Silva) - Assault

A highly decorated operative, Kai 'D-Wolf' Silva is a one-man wolf pack. His Motorized Exoskeleton dramatically bolsters his mobility, allowing him to zoom across the battlefield. What's more, he can also slide, making him a go-to for Call of Duty veterans looking to cut their teeth with a more familiar play style.

  • Position - Assault: Faster aiming movement speed. Can use the AT4 rocket launcher in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Tactical Slide: Allows you to perform Tactical Slides.
  • Tactical Gear - Motorized Exoskeleton: Overloads D-Wolf's exoskeleton, gaining sprint speed and increased rate of fire. Duration can be extended by knocking down enemies, which also recovers health and stamina.
  • Gadget 1 - Triple Blaster: A hand-mounted triple grenade launcher. Grenades can attach to vehicles.
  • Gadget 2 - Smoke Grenade: A smoke that doesn't last as long as other smokes, but deploys much quicker.

Delta Force operators: the long-haired Nox with a night vision rig masking his face

Nox (Elio de Montbel) - Assault

Nox may look primed for a Recon slot thanks to his recon-jamming Silent Assault trait, but he's actually an Assault operator. This makes sense when considering his ability to completely cut off enemies and create chaos for teams with his powerful, disruptive utility.

  • Position - Assault: Faster aiming movement speed. Can use the AT4 rocket launcher in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Deep Trauma: Enemies Nox damages take longer to use meds, and downed enemies require more time to be revived. Delays regen in Warfare.
  • Tactical Gear - Silent Assault: Activates sound and recon jammers, reducing noise and hiding Nox from the minimap. These jammers serve as Nox's Tactical Gear.
  • Gadget 1 - Tactical Flashbang: Throws a flashbang grenade that flashes nearby enemies facing it after it makes contact with a wall.
  • Gadget 2 - Whirlwind Disc: Once locked onto an enemy, Whirlwind Disc tracks them and explodes, unleashing blades that bleed, damage, and slow nearby foes.

Delta Force Hawk Ops operators: the masked Vyron holding a rifle

Vyron (Wang Yuhao) - Assault

A former fighter pilot, Wang 'Vyron' Yuhao, is quick to spot trouble. His Dynamic Auxiliary System offers up directional propulsion, granting him the means to quickly readjust position during a firefight or approach from a different angle. If Vyron's flown too far, this trait ensures he has a safe landing, even when falling from great heights.

  • Position - Assault: Faster aiming movement speed. Can use the AT4 rocket launcher in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Dynamic Auxiliary System: Becomes overcharged while falling from a height, minimizing fall damage. Also grants a boost to movement speed. Using tactical gear and gadgets also increases your speed.
  • Tactical Gear - QLL32 Crouching Tiger: Grenade launcher that fires compressed air rounds that knock down enemies.
  • Gadget 1 - Dynamic Propulsion: Propels you in the desired direction. Its cooldown can be reduced by knocking down enemies.
  • Gadget 2 - Magnetic Bomb: Throws a time bomb that can attach to walls and vehicles.

Delta Force Hawk Ops operators: Stinger looking left, holding a pistol

Stinger (Roy Smee) - Support

Having served in the special forces support department, Roy 'Stinger' Smee is a medical maestro who can use his smokes as an AoE healing field - an innovative combination of utility.

  • Position - Support: Revives downed allies faster than other classes. Can use ammo crates in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Quick Rescue: Grants a downed ally more health when reviving.
  • Tactical Gear - Hive-Tech Pistol: Healing pistol that can heal multiple allied operators at the same time while locked on, also has the ability to self-heal. Grants immunity during healing.
  • Gadget 1 - Smokescreen: Launches a UAV that disperses a smoke wall as it flies. It can be controlled mid-flight.
  • Gadget 2 - Hive-Tech Smoke Grenade: A multipurpose smoke grenade. Shoot it with the Hive-Tech Pistol to turn it into a healing smoke, though it will increase visibility within the smoke.

Delta Force operators: Toxik

Toxik (Zoya Pomchenkova) - Support

The smart and determined Zoya Pomchenkova has a history in technical research, hence her remarkable "Dragonfly" Swarm System. That doesn't mean she's not just as - if not more - keen to get knee-deep in combat with her comrades, though, and both she and her latest research projects are focused on supporting her squadmates from right at their side.

  • Position - Support: Revives downed allies faster than other classes. Can use ammo crates in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Swift Healing: Reduces the time it takes for nearby squadmates to use consumables in Operations mode. In Warfare mode, Swift Healing reduces the time it takes for teammates to start healing after being injured.
  • Tactical Gear - "Dragonfly" Swarm System: Sends a swarm of UAVs, temporarily buffing allies in their path with adrenaline while impairing the vision of enemies in their path and reducing their maximum HP.
  • Gadget 1 - Adreno-Boost: Deploys a UAV to enhance nearby allies' handling and reduce their hit flinch. Allies who score a kill or assist while impacted by Adreno-Boost receive a stronger boost next time.
  • Gadget 2 - Blinding Gas Grenade: Blinds enemies within its area of effect

Raptor (Landon Harrison) - Recon

The latest operator introduced in Season 6, Landon Harrison, better known as Raptor, is a recon operator who uses his incredible tracking skills to hunt down soldiers in combat. Equipped with his handy drone, Raptor is ready to sit back under cover, waiting for players to pop out while his gadgets do the work for him.

  • Position - Recon: Can access the radio to recon the map. Can use Respawn Beacons in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Trace Tracker: Detects recent enemy footprints that, when looked at, display the equipment of the enemy operator.
  • Tactical Gear - Wing Cam: Place a spy camera on enemies to highlight their position five times every three seconds. You can switch to the enemy's perspective to see exactly what they're doing, but you need to be careful because if the enemy destroys the camera, they will see your location.
  • Gadget 1 - EMP Grenade: Disable the enemy's electronics, including attachments, sights, and equipment.
  • Gadget 2 - Silver Wing: Deploy a manually controlled drone that comes equipped with an EMP grenade. Silver Wing can mark targets and self-destruct to cause damage to equipment and enemies.

Delta Force Hawk Ops operators: Hackclaw with her mask on

Hackclaw (Mai Xiaowen) - Recon

Mai 'Hackclaw' Xiaowen is a recon operator who specializes in intel gathering and subterfuge. While her Silent Step trait isn't the most helpful in a chaotic firefight, the rest of her kit more than makes up for it. Between her Flash Drone and Data Knife, Hawkclaw has the means to control the flow of battle. If visibility is poor, her Signal Decoder will help you keep track of enemies.

  • Position - Recon: Can access the radio to recon the map. Can use Respawn Beacons in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Silent Step: Walking and crouching are faster and make less noise.
  • Tactical Gear - Signal Decoder: Periodically scans for up to three enemy signals. The signal closest to you will be displayed in red.
  • Gadget 1 - Flash Drone: Deploys a drone that flashes all enemies within range. Drone can be sent along the signal lines made by the Signal Decoder.
  • Gadget 2 - Data Knife: Throws a Data Knife that briefly disables electronic devices on impact. Hitting enemies deals significant damage.

Delta Force Hawk Ops operators: Luna looking back over her shoulder, quiver on back

Luna (Luna Kim) - Recon

If professional archer and ex-intelligence officer Luna 'Luna' Kim wasn't a recon operator, we'd be shocked, almost as shocked as someone taking one of her Volt Arrows to the knee. Thanks to her Hunter's Mark trait, you won't have to frag to be a useful asset to her team, as damaging enemies will mark their location for your team to finish off the kill. Teamwork makes the dream work.

  • Position - Recon: Can access the radio to recon the map. Can use Respawn Beacons in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Hunter's Mark: Damaging enemies marks them for a short duration, making them visible to teammates.
  • Tactical Gear - Detection Arrow: Fires an arrow that exposes enemies, leaving behind micro-sensors that detect moving targets.
  • Gadget 1 - Volt Arrow: Fires an arrow that deals damage over time with electric currents after impacting terrain.
  • Gadget 2 - Frag Grenade: Defensive grenade that deals area-of-effect damage.

Delta Force Hawk Ops operators: Shepherd holding an RPG

Shepherd (Terry Mursa) - Engineer

They say the best offense is a great defense, and Terry 'Shepherd' Mursa encapsulates this ideology. His Sonic Defense trait reduces the damage taken from explosions - always handy when there are tanks around. However, Shepherd's sonic-based kit isn't only good for survival, as his Sonic Trap and Sonic Paralysis drone can effectively neutralize enemy combatants.

  • Position - Engineer: Gains a welding gun that can cut through wired fences, repair vehicles, and construct defenses. Can use the AT4 and Stinger rocket launchers in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Sonic Defense: Uses a hand-mounted device to generate anti-phase sound waves, reducing damage from explosions.
  • Tactical Gear - Sonic Paralysis: Deploys a sonic drone that paralyzes the enemy, reducing their rate of fire and movement speed.
  • Gadget 1 - Sonic Trap: Deploys a sonic trap that can be attached to hard surfaces. Slows enemies and penetrates armor when triggered.
  • Gadget 2 - Frag Grenade: Defensive grenade that deals area-of-effect damage.

Delta Force Operators: Uluru standing proudly with a launcher on his shoulder

Uluru (David Feller) - Engineer

Charismatic engineer David 'Uluru' Feller is the tank of the group, and his abilities are best placed to both provide cover to your team and quickly destroy the cover of the enemy team. His Battle Hardened ability allows him to fight through slowness effects to attack unsuspecting enemies with his loitering munition, before throwing up Quickset cover for the rest of his team to recover behind.

  • Position - Engineer: Gains a welding gun that can cut through wired fences, repair vehicles, and construct defenses. Can use the AT4 and Stinger rocket launchers in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Loitering Munition: fires an image-guided loitering munition after aiming. It splits into four bombs on impact. When hip-fired, the loitering munition will engage preset guidance.
  • Tactical Gear - Quickset Cover: Uluru throws a quick-setting concrete sprayer that creates a cover to block damage.
  • Gadget 1 - Composite Incendiary: Uluru tosses an incendiary grenade that detonates upon landing, quickly burning through Quickset Cover.
  • Gadget 2 - Battle Hardened: gives Uluru a better resistance to slowing effects from fractures and class gear.

Delta Force Operators: Sineva wearing a thick helmet

Sineva (Alexei Petrov) - Engineer

Human fortress Sineva is a master of push-pull tactics, making liberal use of his Grapple Gun to suck in unsuspecting foes before giving them a thorough beating with his deployable shield. The perfect crowd controller in tight chokeholds, Sineva can fortify positions and provide peace of mind to his team.

  • Position - Engineer: Gains a welding gun that can cut through wired fences, repair vehicles, and construct defenses. Can use the AT4 and Stinger rocket launchers in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Rear Guard: While unequipped, Sineva's Blast Shield is mounted on his back, protecting him from shots from behind.
  • Tactical Gear - Total Armor: Sineva equips a heavy vest that grants bullet and explosive damage reduction, and deploys his Blast Shield. Sineva can bash enemies with his shield, knocking them down, or bash throwables, deflecting them.
  • Gadget 1 - Grapple Gun: Sineva fires a grappling hook that can pull enemies, including downed enemies, and items towards him.
  • Gadget 2 - Razor Trap: Sineva throws a Razor Wire grenade, exploding on impact and deploying its payload. Enemies who pass through the Razor Wire make noise and take damage.

Delta Force operators: Gizmo wearing black glasses

Gizmo (Rashid Rahal) - Engineer

Ahsara native Gizmo more than lives up to his moniker. As an inventor of various, deviously effective tactical tools, it should come as no surprise that his playstyle quite literally revolves around the various tricks he keeps up his sleeves.

  • Position - Engineer: Gains a welding gun that can cut through wired fences, repair vehicles, and construct defenses. Can use the AT4 and Stinger rocket launchers in Havoc Warfare mode.
  • Trait - Defensive Vanguard: Gizmo gains a buff to firearm handling while within range of his deployables.
  • Tactical Gear - Tenacious Interception Module (T.I.M): A larger version of Gizmo's Crawler Nest bot. Autonomously pursues nearby targets and restricts their movement with a web.
  • Gadget 1 - Smoke Mine: Gizmo places a smoke mine, which is automatically triggered when enemies enter its radius. Gizmo can also manually trigger the smoke.
  • Gadget 2 - Crawler Nest: Gizmo deploys a nest containing three sentry bots. These autonomously pursue targets within range, exploding on range. Enemies hit take damage, are slowed, and are tagged.

Delta Force Operators: a woman sits on a fallen tree, reaching out to what looks like a butterfly.

Vlinder (Lina Van der Meer) - Support

Vlinder is a support operator who can keep the pressure on the frontlines by stabilizing downed friendlies, keeping them around for much longer than any other operator can.

  • Bio Scan: squadmates dying and down timers are extended. See squadmates and their HP through walls.
  • Flutter Rescue UAVs: Release several UAVs that will automatically seek friendly units and administer a plasma injection to assist revives. UAVs can interceptone instance of explosive damage each.
  • Med Drones: Release UAVs that lock onto and track squadmates, healing them constantly for a short duration.
  • Windmill Smoke Grenade: A smoke grenade that can be directed after it's thrown.
