  • Nicole Curtis returns to HGTV with new Rehab Addict episodes airing Feb. 11.
  • Fans are excited about the show's return but expressed disappointment over its new midday timeslot.
  • The two new episodes will air at 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. ET on HGTV.

A fan-favorite HGTV host is returning to television this week after a lengthy hiatus—and we couldn’t be more excited. TV personality Nicole Curtis announced on Instagram this week that new episodes of her show Rehab Addict are set to air beginning Feb. 11.

'Rehab Addict' Tackles Historic Homes

History is on Curtis's side in Rehab Addict, where the home reno expert tackles historic home projects in order to restore the abodes to their former glory. Curtis's projects have taken her all around the U.S., from her hometown of Detroit to the wild west of Wyoming. Curtis has even teamed up with professional basketball player LeBron James to renovate a home in Akron, OH.

What to Expect This Season

The new episodes will see Curtis returning to a project in her hometown of Detroit that she began in the season's first two episodes: the historic Doris House. Curtis will be bringing the 1928 Detroit home's work near its completion as she restores the back structure of the once-dilapidated house and its exterior in hopes of bringing it back to its former glory. Fans should also expect an update on a Wyoming project that Curtis started at the beginning of the season.

New Timeslot Sees Pushback

Rehab Addict fans on social media welcomed the good news, but some fans are questioning why the new Rehab Addict episodes will be airing in the afternoon over lunch hour instead of their usual primetime slot.

“I’ve set the DVR, but you don’t deserve a noon showing,” one fan commented. “HGTV is missing a big mark here.”

“So excited to see Nicole back in action, but HGTV...she deserves prime time!!!” another fan wrote.

How to Watch 'Rehab Addict'

Despite the midday timeslot, fans have a lot to look forward to. The two new episodes of Rehab Addict will premiere at 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Feb. 11, on HGTV or the next day on discovery+.
