Nioh 3 Amrita farming guide - how to level up fast
What's the best way to farm Amrita in Nioh 3? To farm or not to farm? That is the question. In Nioh 3, you'll naturally find yourself accruing plenty of Amrita as you progress, ensuring you stay on, or even ahead, of the level curve. But if you're finding Team Ninja's latest a tough slog or simply have a lust for power, it's incredibly easy to scoop up more XP if you take the time out of your day.
Some of Nioh 3's big boss encounters can be particularly prickly customers, and you may have reached the point where you no longer wish to fight them on level footing (we're not sorry). While stats aren't the be-all and end-all in Nioh 3, a few extra hit points or an extra Onmyo talisman unlock can go a long way. Below, we'll take you through the best Amrita farming method the RPG has to offer, as well as our tried-and-true tips for getting the most out of it.

Here's the best way to farm Amrita in Nioh 3:
- Equip any gear you have with the 'Amrita Earned' effect.
- Equip skills that grant bonus Amrita, such as Vital Spirit and Invigorating Arts.
- Equip the Extraction Talisman (Gaki Chief Soul Core).
- Reallocate all of your Subjugation Title Prestige points into 'Amrita Earned.'
- Choose the Toyotomi Clan for an extra 5% boost (unlocked in the Heian era).
The best way to farm Amrita in Nioh 3 is to defeat enemies close to a shrine before resetting the area by praying at it. You should look to equip gear, skills, and consumables that increase the amount of Amrita you can accrue, and enable the 'Item Auto Pick-up' option in the settings to reduce your looting time.
In our example video above, which takes place at the Futamata Castle - Storehouse shrine, we clocked that the patrolling Yoki will always be walking away from you each time it resets. If fought optimally, rather than whatever we did, you can easily snatch up 3,000 Amrita in a ~30 second run. We're not mathematicians here at PCGamesN, but by our estimation, that puts you on course for over 300k of the shiny stuff per hour, and that's just the start.

There isn't a single best Amrita farming route, as there are plenty of great places to stock up on XP. Generally speaking, we'd recommend prioritizing spots that have an elite enemy nearby, preferably one that can be backstabbed for big preliminary damage. While you can run through entire areas, cutting down everything in your way before fast traveling back to the shrine, we typically find it more efficient to kill a single high-value target to minimize downtime between kills.
Among Nioh 3's myriad systems, there are plenty of ways to increase your Amrita yield. Thanks to the Battle Scrolls feature, you can also opt to farm within the replayable Nioh 3 missions. Running it back in a Crucible is a great way to hoover up Amrita while also stocking up on Crucible weapons. These provide powerful, smithable skills when their Familiarity is maxed.
Revisiting side quests where an oftentimes overpowered AI ally joins the fray, meanwhile, can net you some pretty speedy clears. 'Fated Land' with Ii Naotora is an especially good one to run during the Warring States period, as there are some great Yokai spawns close to the shrines.
And that's the best way to farm Amrita in Nioh 3 so you can level up fast. With all those extra skill points locked in, the Yokai scourge will fall to your indomitable might. If you're after other ways to get stronger, make sure you visit all the Nioh 3 Kodama locations to unlock more Elixir slots and powerful boons.
