Blue Bell PRO is a pint of low-fat ice cream with zero added sugars and contains up to 35 grams of protein. And for those looking for a gluten-free option that still boasts your favorite flavors, you're also in luck. The five new flavors include Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Coffee, and Salted Caramel.

Each pint reads "High protein, frozen dairy dessert" and outlines a range of 310-340 calories per tub. Make sure to read the front of each container, as calorie and protein counts vary by flavor. For example, Chocolate Blue Bell PRO contains 35 grams of protein and 340 calories, whereas Strawberry offers 33 grams of protein and 310 calories.

Soon-to-be PRO customers couldn’t be more excited about the new Blue Bell flavors.
