What You Need to Know

  • Amazon has genius lid-free storage solutions for the pantry, like this acrylic straw holder, starting at $5.
  • Busy moms and young kids alike will love that this under-$20 turntable displays snacks in an easily accessible way, and can be used one-handed.
  • This $7 plastic bag organizer can hold up to 80 plastic grocery bags each, and comes in a convenient two-pack.

If you told me there were sneaky little mess goblins running through my kitchen cabinets, wreaking havoc when I’m not looking, I might actually believe you. Because even though I’m a busy mom, juggling a 9 to 5, a toddler, pets, and a home, I spend so much time tidying up—and yet, the kitchen is never tidy. There must be some mischievous agent of chaos following me around, undoing everything I organize, one bag of chips at a time. And while it’s sometimes easier to believe that gnomes are to blame rather than accept that my kitchen’s organizational systems need a redo, it’s clear my pantry needs help. After all, I only have so many hands.

My kitchen pantry doesn’t need more containers; it needs the right ones. For me and my family, that means going lid-free. I need pantry organizers that keep items accessible, work one-handed (because these days, I’m always one-handed), and are so easy to use, even my toddler can do it. With all of that at my disposal, I should be able to stave the goblins away from my pantry. Hopefully.

Got goblins, too? These are the lid-free pantry organization and storage solutions I’m banking on in 2026. Keep scrolling for 13 pantry storage essentials from Amazon—starting at $5.

Pantry Organization and Storage Solutions

YouCopia 2-Pack MagicTrack Rectangular Lazy Susan Turntables

This isn’t your average lazy Susan. Able to fit 24 jars and bottles, this two-tier turntable perfectly stores spices in plain sight. My previous spice rack solution kept spice jars contained to one space, but it was full to the brim and out of reach. This one displays spice jars in an easily accessible way—so accessible that I’ll be sure to store this organizer above my little one’s reach. (I do not need her voluntarily adding a few shakes of crushed red pepper to her plate.)

While this two-pack of 10-inch lazy Susans is compact enough to place in a refrigerator, it also works wonders in my pantry. It’s ideal for displaying toddler pouches and other snacks, and unlike standard snack bins that stay stagnant, its 360-degree spin makes it easier to access from all sides. All it takes is one hand to spin it around; I grab what I want (or my daughter grabs what she wants), and I don’t even have to put down my phone or let go of her other hand.

Homestead Set of 3 Bamboo Storage Bins

I’m kind of obsessed with this set of three bamboo storage bins. It transforms pantries into a local farmstand that’s kind of fun to shop from. My toddler loves when I let her reach in and grab a potato or onion to add to a recipe, but you don’t have to be a kid to appreciate its ease of use. This two-tier wooden shelf stands 14 x 10 x 12.5 inches, and can hold up to 22 pounds of either produce, chips, candy, snacks, drinks, and cans. Don’t have a pantry? No problem—it looks awesome when displayed on open kitchen shelves, too.

Artfly 9.8-Inch Acrylic Straw Holder

We all know the pantry isn’t just spices and snacks; sometimes, you have to stick a few non-perishable essentials in there, too, like to-go cups and their accessories. Well, if you’re unsure of where to store your sizable collection of reusable straws, you’ll love this acrylic straw holder that keeps more than 80 straws easily accessible and standing upright. Use the included double-sided mounting tape to adhere it to the pantry door where it can store metal, glass, or reusable plastic straws as well as any chopsticks, cleaning brushes, long spoons, or other kitchen utensils.
