When is the next Grow a Garden update? Grow a Garden has quickly become the biggest Roblox game of all time with over two million active players. Fighting through the noise of anime RPGs and obbys, this tycoon game stands out in a field of its own thanks to its relaxing farming sim gameplay and idle progress.

Another reason for the Roblox game's immense popularity might be the creator's dedication to providing regular content updates. New Grow a Garden pets, seeds, mutations, and more are added every week, making it one of the best Roblox games around. If your garden is full of watermelons and bamboo right now, you might be wondering which new GaG seeds to grab during the next Grow a Garden update, so here's what we know so far

Bizzy Bee flies over a crafting bench in the next Grow a Garden update.

The next Grow a Garden update rolls out on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 7am PDT / 10am EDT / 3pm BST. This update launches the Working Bees event, during which you can craft items from Bizzy Bee's new crafting station.

There's also an exclusive Cooked Owl reward for anyone who logs into Grow a Garden before the event ends on Friday, June 20. This roasted bird is an exclusive reward that can only be claimed for the week, so be sure to grab it in time, especially if you missed out on the likes of the Chicken Zombie and other limited-time rewards.

Due to its immense popularity, the Working Bees update keeps the Bizzy Bee mechanics added last week. Originally meant to be a crafting update only, removing the Bizzy Bees with its arrival, the new Grow a Garden update rolls both features into one.

Grow a Garden summer update release date

The Grow a Garden Summer update release date is set for Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 7am PDT / 10am EDT / 3pm BST. It's billed as the "biggest update yet," and includes a summery smorgasbord of new gear.

We don't know too much about the Summer Season just yet, with the Working Bees event taking place first. However, some new items are hinted at in a teaser image for the update, shown on the season's event page. In the picture, we can see loungers and a cute sandcastle, just two new cosmetics we assume will be available. The human character in the picture is also enjoying a nice refreshing drink from (presumably) their own grown coconut. While you can't directly consume your crops in GaG, this might also be a seasonal cosmetic coming in the Summer Season.

Now you can prepare for the next Grow a Garden update, but don't forget your current crops in the meantime. Check up on the latest Grow a Garden mutations, and find out how to get more money for your produce in the farming sim. Plus, don't forget to redeem the latest Grow a Garden codes to boost your stock.
