If you're a fan of chamomile tea, then you're going to love this fizzy cocktail. Not only are these sweet cocktails incredibly simple to make, but they only require five minutes of hands-on time. That means you can whip up these drinks right before your guests arrive. Or, if you want to be stress-free on the day of your event, you can even prep these drinks in advance, up to three days ahead.

Ingredients

  • 3 chamomile tea bags

  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. honey

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup London dry gin

  • 1 (750-ml.) bottle Prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled

  • Lemon twist (optional)

Directions

  1. Add chamomile tea bags to 1¾ cups boiling water; cover and let steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Stir in honey until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 3 days.

  2. For each drink, pour ¼ cup chamomile tea mixture and 1 Tbsp. gin into a champagne flute or wine glass. Top with 3 oz. Prosecco. If you like, garnish each glass with a lemon twist. Makes 8 cocktails.
