The GenSwim Glass Flameless Candles include three candles per set, making it easy to add a warm ambiance to multiple rooms in your home. The candles, which are different sizes, are made of real wax and are set in a glass jar, so they seem like a typical candle. 

These candles come with a 10-button remote control, so you can power the candles on and off, as well as set a timer (two, four, six, and eight hours) and adjust the flicker mode. 

Each candle does require two AA batteries, which are not included. Battery life depends on frequency and duration of use, so using the timer will extend the battery life. Since these are made from real wax, they should not be used outdoors in the sun or placed in a particularly sunny spot indoors.

Although the Luminara Ivory Flameless Candle Pillar is more expensive than other options, we think this pick is worth the investment. Crafted from 100% paraffin wax, the hand-poured candle has a realistic feel and an uneven edge that looks melted.

There’s a selection of scent options to choose from, like Mint & Eucalyptus, Fir Needle & Pine, and others. You need to use the specific essential oil bottles designed for this option, which is an additional cost. However, since it’s charged by USB, you’ll save on batteries.
