While Slay the Spire 2 is still brewing, grab eight great deckbuilders for a huge 88% off

Slay the Spire blew up the moment people realized it had basically reinvented two genres at once. It took the satisfying crunch of deck-building (where every card you add - or don't add - matters) and stitched it to a roguelike structure that made every run feel completely different. It's no wonder that so many people, myself included, are eagerly awaiting the sequel, but since the Slay the Spire 2 release date isn't likely to be until late 2026, we'll have to find other ways to occupy ourselves - like the Decious Deckbuilders 2 Humble Bundle.

At the heart of this bundle is Demonic Mahjong, a standout game that channels what makes Slay the Spire so compelling. Instead of picking cards to build a deck in the standard sense, Demonic Mahjong combines the tile-matching elegance of mahjong with roguelike deckbuilder mechanics. The biggest way that it will scratch that Slay the Spire 2 itch is how it rewards smart decisions. You have to think carefully about which tiles to claim, which relic to grab, which hazard to face, and so forth. The progression loop (run, fail, unlock, repeat) will feel comfortably familiar to Spire veterans.

Where Demonic Mahjong diverges is in its aesthetic and structure: fewer fixed card archetypes, more hand-shuffling, tile sets, and a unique scoring mechanic. Like a lot of similar indie games, it puts a fresh spin on the familiar.

This is especially true of Breach Wanderers.  At a glance, it looks very, very similar to Slay the Spire, and to be honest, it is. You've got enemies that telegraph their intent and require you to become intimately familiar with your deck and plan two or three turns in advance. When it all comes together, you're left feeling like a genius. It doesn't get many points for originality, but let's all be honest here: every new game that comes out stands on the shoulders of giants to some extent or another, and if you loved Slay the Spire, you'll love Breach Wanderers too.

You can hone the size of your bundle to some extent too, from the cheapest one at $4 / £3.58 for two games, to the full set of eight games $15 / £13.48.

This bundle is only available until Friday, December 12. After that, there's no telling when these games will be available at such a low price again.
