David Mason

David Mason is a returning character from Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 4, though this time he's played by Milo Ventimiglia. Ventimiglia played Peter Petrelli, one of the main characters, in the TV series Heroes. He's also known for his role in Gilmore Girls and his harrowing performance as Jack Pearson in This Is Us.

Emma Kagan

Emma Kagan is the newest antagonist in the series, starring as the CEO of a well-known criminal organization, The Guild. She's played by Kiernan Shipka, who has many well-known roles, including Sabrina Spellman in The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Sally Draper in Mad Men, and Carrie Anne Camera in Longlegs.

Mike Harper

Mike Harper is another returning character from Black Ops 2 portrayed by Michael Rooker, who is back in the role in Black Ops 7. Rooker also appeared as himself in Call of the Dead, a Black Ops Zombies map that featured a cast of horror stars. He's best known for his role as Yondu in Guardians of the Galaxy.

Eric Samuels

Yet another returning character, Eric Samuels has changed roles in Black Ops 7, joining forces with David, Mike, and 50/50. He's played by John Eric Bentley, who's voiced a number of videogame characters, most notably Barret Wallace from Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.

50/50

A member of the JSOC alongside Eric, David, and Mike, 50/50 is played by Frankie Adams, best known for her roles in the hit sci-fi series, The Expanse, and the upcoming live-action version of Moana.

Troy Marshall

Y'lan Noel is back to voice Troy Marshall, resuming his important role as a lead of JSOC, guiding David and his team in their mission. Y'lan Noel, having previously played Troy, also has notable roles in The First Purge and Lady in the Lake.
